I shop exclusively at Cato's for my clothes but was very disappointed today. Went to this location to return a pair of pants that I purchased online. I was 4 days over the 60 day return policy time frame. I had my receipt but was told that the most she would give me was 9.99. I paid 30.00 for them. I had my receipt showing what I paid but she refused to try and work with me. This was the manager so she said. She wouldn’t even call corporate like I asked. From there, she processed this return and did so in such a cheerful, proffessional way, I almost felt like royalty. I never expected that kind of genuine and sincere customer service...not anywhere but Electra was a rock star in my opinion this day.
