My family and I enjoy goodwill and shop regularly at the one of fury's ferry but started to come here bc it's closer. We were coming weekly but NEVER AGAIN. The customer service from management at this location is the worst I've ever seen. They make announcements constantly that children can't touch the toys, use their intercom like a walkie talkie amongst employees, and the management is incredibly unprofessional.
I bought an electronic that said I just ask for the cord and an employee asked me to wait for the cord after I paid for it. A few minutes later they came back and told me there was no cord but I could buy one online. I decided I didn't want it bc I didn't want to pay the cost of the frame for an aftermarket cord. The employee called management to issue the refund and as soon as she got to the register she just looked at me and said "NO REFUNDS, ALL PURCHASES FINAL" I explained that I had just purchased it and was waiting on the cord, and had not even left the store but they said there was no cord. She replied "That's not my problem, no refunds" I then pointed out the tag that showed it was advertised as "ask for cord" and she yelled for the employee that helped me asking him why he couldn't find a spare cord somewhere and he told her that there were no 5v cords, all the rest could burn it up" to which she replied "just get her one, you don't mind do you?" And I told her NO I wanted the cord it came with or a refund. She became rude and said "I'm just gonna refund this bc I ain't got time for her, and when I tried to explain I already had one without a cord and didn't need another she cut me off and said "I told you I'm giving you a refund"
I had just spent $155 in the store and was astounded that this is how she treated a customer with a valid issue. I never would have bought it had it not came with a cord. This was the LAST time I'll be returning, although I'm certain from her demeanor she doesn't care anything about losing customers.
Would highly recommend going to the Salvation Army up the road, or the Fury Ferry location.

Although they have new items here, they do tests there items...(so they say). My question to the manager why are prices so high? How often are items turned over at this location? Prices are literally as follows: Outdated keurig $30, glass blender $25,an old 90s stereo with speakers $80, used I-cloud mens sneakers $50, toddler air max sneakers $25, rice cooker $30. Everything is over priced. I would only shop here for a item I really needed to have. They only do color tag...
