I hate to be the one writing hater reviews but Taco Bell is my favorite place, and this was so so insane. I went to this establishment on Monday. I wanted to customize my order, but only had cash. This meant I had to go inside and use the tablet and then finish paying at the counter. Well I do just that except no one comes to the register or acknowledges me while I’m waiting with my cash in hand. To make matters worse I wasn’t allowed to eat before my doctors appointment that morning so it was 12 and I had not had a drop of food and I’m PREGNANT. I waited for so long and finally someone shows up and starts typing on the register in front of me. Then walks away! Without saying a word. I wait longer and by now there’s a line and I’m watching about 6 people work in front of me. Then some kid comes up and says “what’s your order name? Oh okay well this cash register points to the drive thru register 5 feet away is the only one that takes cash” and walk away. I said “okay” and went to hand him my $20 bill so he could ring me up but he was gone too fast. Why is bro trying to be mysterious? Can you not take my money? Are you saying I should walk through the dang drive through to get someone to take my cash? Why did you word it like that? Do I leave? Idk bro. The guy behind me is mad and making comments about throwing hands. I’m starving to death. It’s been 15-20 minutes at this point and I walk out and go through the drive thru. They take my cash finally. Worst experience ever. Not to mention my food? Cold. My burrito? Just not well made. I get this order a lot so I know when it’s good. I’m...

Edit: 60% of my family mainly drinks water with every meal, when ordering at this location I have historically asked politely for three water cups. Ive always been handed small fountain drink cups that I fill at the fountain drink machine, which notably has an ENTIRE fountain labeled "WATER". At a recent visit my request was met with a heavy sigh, the young man then handed me three tiny plastic cups (8oz maybe?) and said "I'm not even supposed to give you these". Keep in mind, we had just ordered a large meal for a family of five, it wasn't as if we were JUST asking for free water cups.
At our most recent visit I almost ordered bottled water to avoid a similar experience, but decided to tempt fate. A very polite young lady handed me three normal-sized water cups with no issue.
Is there a store policy on this? I generally order from my phone or the kiosk because it is quicker than waiting at the registers, mainly because the registers are usually vacant. At Chick Fil A you can order a medium ice water from their app for $0 with your order, which...
Read moreToday, 5/26/25, l made a rare visit back to this same Taco Bell. The first thing I noticed was the smell of sour milk that permeated the atmosphere. As I stepped up to a kiosk(they no longer take orders in person), the smell was blowing down from the vent above the kiosk. I ordered my food, then went to the counter to pay. I asked to talk to the manger in duty, but either he was too busy, or he wasn't told I asked to see him. I left after waiting about 5-10 minutes. I did not dine in, due to the smell in the air. When I got home with my Crunch Wraps and sat down to eat, I found the hardshell taco parts in both of them to be all broken up. I will not be stopping by there again any time soon. Most recent visit was very disappointing. The food was subpar and wasn't what it was advertised as. The staff was loud and unprofessional while loitering after their shifts were over. The new Taco Bell is a sad shadow of the original store. The entire staff is new in the new store and I have never seen any of the "old" staff, who did a great job all the time. Anyone who goes there should check their food order very carefully, lest the order be a...
