Metro over all is a great phone company but the North Augusta store at this point has fell off. There's always been a laid back atmosphere, which is great, but there's a line between having fun & being straight up disrespectful. I go in today and both employees couldn't answer simple questions. One just stood there and just kept repeating "I'm not a manager" when I asked anything and then tried to tell me I didn't have the phone I have, which was just strange. The other guy just sat there quietly looking at the money... That's right looking, not counting. So I try to call the manager tonight just to find out about a phone & she's too busy laughing and playing with the people in the store. I literally had to listen to her joking & talking over me. I mean put me on hold or something. I'm trying to buy a $300 phone. I was really blown away by how bad it was & I've been a customer over 10 years. Came in to this location today ready to leave Metro and take my number somewhere else. That's no longer the case. Dom really took the time to work with me and ensure all my needs were met! He got my bill lowered to a reasonable amount, helped me get internet for my home, and even took the time to help with the set u! I will be handling all my Metro business here from this point on.
