East of Chicago Pizza-Ellet — Restaurant in Akron

We ordered for Delivery, One large cheese and two medium taco pizzas. One taco pizza should have been no lettuce no tomato. The other had no tomato but should have had lettuce. I put one in the cart then went back to menu and added the second. It duplicated my pizza and didn't change how it should have been. No big deal so I call. The manager was extremely rude, I only mentioned the taco pizza issue, the cheese pizza also had the cheese stuck to the top of the box and I didn't even mention that. I called the corporate number and spoke to another manager who advised I leave a review and that she had also seen the online ordering have issues before as well. It was such a small thing that our pizza was messed up and didn't appreciate the attitude at all. I have ordered from East Of Chicago a lot and not once have ever called to complain. Was just disappointed in how the manager was. Probably Will not be ordering from this...

Everyone knows he's in Chicago has great pizza bye I had discovered they have great chicken wings both bone-in and boneless a variety of flavors parmesan cheese garlic cheese jalapeno hot pepper mild sauce and a few others and their chicken wings are great tasty perfectly seasoned and flavored I highly recommend you check out the chicken wings and the fries are pretty good as well at least East of Chicago on Canton Road I'm sure they all have the same recipes and the same taste the quality is unbeatable and chicken wings are $8 for 10 of them so take a look at Chicago's menu on internet I'm sure you'll be satisfied with the food you get on I was very satisfied I have purchased them quite a few times since this government their new chicken wings and of course...

Not a good experience. Ordered online and pizza was not done and ready for pickup at the assigned time. Pizza was supposed to be a little well done, but instead was over done and dried out, toppings were charred... Crust was like a ten day old bagel someone left on the counter... So disappointed with this visit, after so many great experiences.... You could tell by watching and listening that many of staff are new. So I guess everyone has a bad day once in a while. But this is our lunch spot for the department when we celebrate something, next time I think we will go elsewhere and let this location gell a little more with it's worker's.... So sad, we love the food at this...
