Eastgate Ellet Plaza — Local services in Akron

As for the plaza as a whole, I much appreciate how clean they try to keep it. You can see them blow the garbage and whatnot off the sidewalks a couple times a week. A little weird to blow it up hill and in the wind but reguardless they get it done to keep it nice. It would be good to see patrons do the same but people will be . . litterbugs, even though they do keep trash cans all the way down the plaza. Thank you for the keep up. I'm sure the senior citizen's in wheelchairs appreciate this also. As consideration to the senior citizen building across the street and of course others with disabilities. It is a main stay for them. And most likely one of the reasons they chose to live there. Nice to be close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment facility's in the plaza. Ellet Eye Care n the plaza! Dr was nice friendly kept a smile. Went 2 pick up my glasses n the older gentleman that helped me tried to give me my $700.00 glasses in a bag and said they didn't come with a case! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. It's a nice place but Save a lot in the plaza isn't the clearest store like it use to be. Prices have also skyrocketed and the produce and meat (to me) aren't very good quality. The close out store in the plaza is great. It is pretty packed with stuff everywhere but some days they have about anything you need from screws to pipe fittings to dryer cords.
