I read over the store' s website before going there. The website says they have USED appliances AND scratch and dent appliances. The photos show a large selection of appliances. Based on their website information, I drove to the store. I told the sales woman that I was looking for a used dryer. I WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY USED APPLIANCES AT THE TIME! She said they are very picky about what they will take in to sell as used. So, then I inquired about their scratch and dent appliances. She told me they only had 1 washer and a couple refrigerators that were scratch and dent available, but no dryers. She said the owner has NOT brought in ANY truck loads of scratch and dent appliances SINCE THE PANDEMIC!! So, this store has had AMPLE TIME, a couple years now, to update their website and remove their sale of used and scratch and dent appliances from it, but they haven't done so. I feel as if their website information is INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING TO CUSTOMERS! It's as if they are trying to get customers in the door with the promise of selling used and scratch and dent appliances and then hoping to sell customers a new appliance at a much higher price once they have them captive. It's a classic case of bait and switch!! There is NO EXCUSE for not updating their website to say they basically only sell new appliances after 2 years. Read moreFirst of all, scheduling if you work during the day is pretty much impossible. I get off at 3:00, first time I called I said do you have anything after 4:00? They said no they don’t work that late, and they don’t work on weekends. Also whatever day you get they tell you they’ll call around 8:30-9 to set a time so you pretty much have to have your whole day open. Luckily the first time they came my husband had the day off so he was able to have them come. I came home from work to my washer filled with water once again and still not turning on so they didn’t fix it. In the paperwork it pretty much said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it so they just did basic things like recalibrating and re-balancing. I called them to tell them they didn’t fix it once again I had to have my whole day free. They just came today on Monday they came first time Friday. This time he said the control panel is bad and it would be $300 after I already paid them $160 to basically do nothing the first time. Oh the kicker is the part they don’t have so they said they’d have to schedule me again which you guess it someone can’t be working that day. It’ll be weeks with no washer due to this horrible scheduling system AND my washer is Maytag what their supposed to specialize in. I think I will be looking elsewhere for this control panel and...
