I have always wanted to do a Boudoir Shoot but always thought I didn’t have a body for that type of thing. I talked to Chrystal for a consultation call. I needed to do this for me. I’m in this process of trying to figure out who I am. Booking this shoot was a little out of my comfort zone but I needed it as part of the journey discovering who I am now.

I looked at this as an investment in me. Chrystal is worth the expense and I am worth it. I was comfortable with her. She is very all body type positive and made me feel relaxed.

I did a lot of work a few years ago on being body positive. I learned to love my body just the way it was and still love it the way it is now. That doesn’t mean that those outside voices don’t sneak into my head once in awhile and I have to shoo them back out. I love everything about my body but that doesn’t mean that I want every part accentuated if that makes sense. I have a skin condition that looks like a bad rash all over. Could Chrystal fix that in the pictures (she can but you know what, it wasn’t even that noticeable in the photos.) she even has a client closet that goes up to 6X! I was always open with Chrystal, let her know my concerns. She was always great and listened to me.

I woke up excited the day of my shoot. I got to the studio and it surprised me that pulling in and seeing Chrystal’s sign that says “Hello Gorgeous” just gave me an added boost of confidence. I was like “She. Called me gorgeous!” 🤣🧡 I met Chrystal and CoCo (hair and make up extraordinaire) and they were both so nice and amazing! Somehow 2 hours flew by and hair and makeup were done and gorgeous. Seriously perfect! I gave Coco free rein to do whatever she wanted and she knocked it out of the park. Now it was time for the photo shoot!

I loved the hair and makeup and I trusted Chrystal fully. Even when there was a pose of something that I wanted to say “are you sure?”, I trusted her, didn’t say it and just did it. I really wasn’t nervous. I loved every minute of it. Chrystal made me feel very relaxed and comfortable through the whole session. We had so much fun through it. I couldn’t believe how fast time flew by. We started with a warm of up some branding shots and then got to the real work. I started with a bra and panty set that I had brought, everything else I wore were things Chrystal brought. They all fit and looked great. She is a master at wardrobes too! She is amazing at figuring out the best poses for your body. There’s no judgement nor does she make you feel like there is any. When she says that, you believe it.

I usually hate pictures of myself (like a lot of women). When it was time to go through the pictures, I was actually shocked at how many I loved. I narrowed the first pass down to 99 photos! 99 photos that I liked of myself! How can that be possible?!?!?! It was so hard to narrow them down from there. I wanted them all. My dad raised me that you never throw away a picture so it was very hard to let any go! Chrystal is a miracle worker, let me tell you.

It took awhile for me to process the day and let it all sink in. From the time I left Chrystal though, I couldn’t stop thinking about the photos. While I have learned to love my body, these photos gave me a whole new appreciation for it. My body has undergone a ton of changes over the last year and I really saw it in the photos. I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am to get the photos back!

The best advice that I can give you is to book the shoot. It will bring empowerment, confidence, and for sure feeling beautiful. Talk to Chrystal about any concerns you have. She has all kinds of ways to pay if money is holding you back. You will never regret stepping out and doing a shoot. You will have memories that will last a lifetime. Chrystal will go as nice or as spicy as you want. She wants you to get whatever you want out of the photo shoot. BOOK THE SHOOT!!! 😊 You will not regret it!

Okay so first, I'm not a paid model nor do I get paid to write these. However, take it from someone who has a bit of experience doing boudoir shoots. I have done over a dozen shoots with over 10 boudoir photographers. Chrystal is definitely my favorite photographer and her work is amazing! I've done 2 shoots with her now and I'm hoping to do more in the future. The price tag on her work might be a bit scary, but, it IS SO WORTH IT!! She is one of the pricier photographers I've worked with however, the quality of all that you get more than justifies her prices. Chrystal does so much more than take your pictures looking all sexy. She is such a kind, caring and fun person to work with. She actually spends time with you to make you feel comfortable and you'll have fun with her. Not only are you getting photos but you are also getting a great confidence boost and a new cheerleader on your sidelines if you let her. The time spent with her is so much more personable than some of these other photographers. I had a terrible experience with a photographer in Columbus. I felt like cattle when I was there, rshed in and out just so they could make their dollar. NOT with CHRYSTAL! She blocks off her whole freaking day for you. It really is all about you when you are with her. HEr art work is also to die for! I am absolutely in love with the photos she captured of me. She really knows how to get you to let lose and be one with yourself in the most beautiful ways. She also uses 2 outstanding ladies for H&MU. I've only worked with Ally & I LOVE HER. CoCo is also very loved at her studio and I have seen her HΜ also stunning! If you had any doubts this is your sign to drop them! Seriously hands down thee best! More than worth it! (and she does payment plans if you need it). So stop right now and give yourself this amazing gift!...

There are no words to express my feelings. I feel as if it was fate for me to end up in Chrystal's studio. I reached out on a whim to see if she had availability in the next 1.5 months. Chrystal told me that she actually had someone cancel the day before but otherwise was unavailable until spring of 2025. She asked if I was free the next day and BOOM, the next day I'm in her studio getting boudoir pictures.

From her responsiveness, to her personality, to her professionalism, to the outfits she picked out for me, to the pictures, to all the time she spent with me...all I can say is that she is nothing short of amazing! I cannot believe that she had everything I needed to have a [very] successful shoot with a less than 48 hour notice. I literally had almost nothing. I quickly put a Pinterest board together for her to understand my personality and what I was looking for. She not only referenced the Pinterest board to make sure she got the shots I wanted but put her twist on some - which were even better than I imagined!

There are not enough words to express my gratitude. I definitely will be back! I cannot wait to give my fiancé the pictures during our wedding and tell Chrystal all about it! Also, I wanted to thank Coco! She is not only stunning herself but does a killer job on makeup! Her and I definitely were friends in an alternate life. I could have sat there for hours talking to her.
