The staff at this location are great and the one time I had an issue, they did all the right things to make it right.
Recently started going to Dairy Queen after getting really bad food that made me not go for over 20 years.
I went to the store in Brimfield when I was in the area. It doesn't happen very often that I am around lunchtime so I was looking forward to this location opening. I have gone here quite a few times and I enjoy the food. I rarely go if there isn't some kind of deal in the app because it's pretty overpriced for what you get. I've been getting the backyard bacon ranch combo. It's about 40 cents more at this location. Not too bad and I'd rather do that than drive all the way to Brimfield. Went to the Brimfield store and saw they had a deal for a double cheeseburger combo for $6.99. I figured I'd give that a try at this location when I was there next. When I switched the store to this location, the price goes from $6.99 to $8.99. An almost 30% markup is pretty ridiculous and really makes me hesitant to stop here for anything.

Read moreOrdered a small chocolate cone dipped in chocolate. Ordering was smooth. However at the window the car ahead of me took a while as it seems there was something wrong with the order. Not sure the outcome but took a while to get to the window. When I did they gave me my ice cream cone. I asked for a cup to hold it in as the cone was not for me. The girl said okay and then the service went south. I figure one second or so to get my cup but a lead or shift manager came up and started talking to the person who was working the food pick up window/ I figure okay maybe talking about something work related but turned into smiles and what seemed to be flirting . A couple minutes go by and then another person joins in the conversation with everyone’s back to the window and oblivious to what’s going on. This seemed to be like five minutes waiting on a simple cup request. Unbeknownst to me when I got home and gave the cone to my wife it was actually vanilla dipped in chocolate. For a new location it seems bad work habits have already made themselves present. At no time should person or persons back ever be to a customer. I really hope you take a look at your supervisors and other leadership to ensure employees are there to serve customers and not worry about small talk and horseplay. Very bad look to start a...
Read moreI entered into the drive thru and waited for about 15 minutes to have my order taken. The person working the drive thru claimed to be a manager named Lavert. Very unprofessional, originally this manager did not greet me. He handed me my food after taking my money and giving me my change but did not even ask if I wanted my receipt before slamming the window shut which luckily I began recording before hand after he did not speak or greet me I knew it would be an issue. When he finally came back to the window after 5-10min of me beeping my horn etc. i asked him for my receipt which he could not produce due to the system being down. They gave me a receipt that was false stating I got a large fry and a blizzard when I really got an entire meal. Multiple people came to the window attempting to explain why they could not give me my receipt, in the end I called the police and the restaurant threatened to trespass me (for calmly asking for a receipt) which they did not do. ☺️ i will be filing a complaint with the BBB and whoever else will listen.
