In general I absolutely love this location and the staff is super sweet and helpful. However tonight we had a different experience at this store all together. An employee by the name of Bailey kept making faces anytime we were in the aisles and she would need to reroute to restock her products because we happened to be shopping with my ten month old son. Then to top it off a woman who I believe is most likely the manager was incredibly rude. She was quite literally huffing and puffing then muttering things under her breath. She then proceeded to walk and bump me with her restocking cart without so much as an excuse me or an apology. As we were checking out she was aggressively slamming the carts back in order. I understand wanting to close the store on time, although we were there at 7:30ish until 8 and they close at 9, but this is unacceptable. If you do not like your job, then leave it’s...

Very shocked at the customer service I just received. My husband and I went and our total was $125.32 and I handed her $200.32. She took a few moments then looked at us like we were stupid, handed us $100 back and said I think you miss heard me, your total is $125.32 and I said yeah? I gave you $200 and she just looked puzzled and my husband said can you not give us $75 back? And she said no and we said what? And she said no I can’t and I said well I guess give me the rest back and paid with a card. I don’t understand this world anymore. And she didn’t say they didn’t accept cash payment because someone next to us was paying cash as well, and didn’t have exact change.
