A staff member was extremely rude to us about trying on clothes. We came in around 8 (knowing the store closed at 10) and picked out things we wanted to try on. When we get to the fitting room nobody was there to assist us and the lady rudely told us the fitting room was closed. After making us feel bad, she let us pick a couple items to try on. Always love this store it is clean and organized. This past time I went there was a poor cashier working and she the only cashier. She used the speaker 3 times asking for help and then even tried calling them. No one came to help and when I left she still was only cashier and the line was way past where you start to line up. This is a great place to find higher end stuff for cheaper prices. However, this store specifically can be a little hectic to navigate. If you're in a wheelchair, you probably won't be able to make it down the clothing aisles. Also, the shelves where they keep the home goods are always extremely disorganized.
