Let me start out by saying that the one star i am giving them, has nothing to do with their food or the waitress that waited on us. We went to this place with other family, and ended up waiting an hour before we could get a table, then after we ordered, another 45 min or so on our food. I didnt know at until we got their but because of the CDC we were not able to sit together with our other family (we had a party of 11) and a party of 9 or more have to be split to seperate tables. With that being said, i understand this and was ok, but they didnt even sit us at tables across from each other, but instead some were at one corner table, then a thick seperator and the rest of us at a corner booth, so we were back to back with a big divider in the middle. we couldnt even see each other or communicate with each other and the whole point of this dinner was for us to be together. Then the BIGGEST problem i had was that the manager, Jay, pretty much in a nutshell came to our table and said that our toddler was bothering people in the restaurant by being too loud and he got up and went and seen his aunts and uncles and cousin at the other table behind us. He said we needed to keep our kid quiet and make him sit down, which was totally inappropriate and rude. He is a toddler. Anyone that has a toddler knows that toddlers can be loud sometimes. duh! they are kids! i dont appreciate Jay coming over not only to our table but our other families table as well. If we could have sat at a table across from each other, my toddler wouldnt have gotten up to walk around to see them. not that this should have been an issue anyways. I will be sure that i talk to Jay's boss to let him know how rude his manager is to people. Our waitress was awesome! she was so wonderful and aplogized for her manager's dumb actions, even though it had nothing to do with her. she got us everything we needed and did an awesome job! She was the only person that made this trip a little tolerable. this was the first time we have ever been to Longhorn and this will be the last time we go,...
Read moreI really wanted to give them more stars but I have to be honest. 7:15 pm on a sunday : waited 15 mins to be seated after seeing multiple tables open. No problem.... I assume short of staff Understandable. I was seated. I won't say the young lady name because she was really friendly and sweet but I feel like she was also overwhelmed with the 8 guest sitting next to me although I was alone And already knew what I wanted. I order a lemon drop, lobster and steak side of shrimp and sub the rice for esparagus and a loaded potato with no sour cream. Instead rice came out anyway. I had to ask for water and remind her about the lemon drop plus there was sourcream on my potatoe. I waited about 30 mins for the food which was semi cold. Overall the food was a 6 out of 10. flavoraful but definitely cold which is why its a 6, the potatoe was super dry, very dry although it was supposed to be loaded.... o service was 5/10. I ate at Texas rd house last weekend and it was amazing so I was like well... let me try long horn because of the surf and turf. I love the combination of meals but they definitely lacking timing on food cook especially being a steak house and possibly short staff. I ain't mad though, just disappointed. I just know I won't be back Here. Based on the service and food.... ijs. Price was pretty decent.... so again... I just wish my food was hot. I'm not the one to complain because at the end of the day it takes team work..... I don't know what happen between the cook and waitress but they missed the mark. I will say when I ask for the check she came by my table about every 3 mins, at least 5 times while I write this review. She was more attentive getting my money than actually serving me...that also took away from the experience because I felt rushed. She took my plates and asked if I was finished.... Again. It was OK but I won't be back to this location. Maybe I'll try another location in the far future. Thanks, hope this helps ypu better...

I hope that you all are having a wonderful day, I was until I arrived at Longhorn’s!!!
Let’s just say if I could leave no stars I would!! The day shift and the evening definitely were not trained the same!!! Let’s just say the day shift is giving, “My Pleasure” vibes AKA (Chic Fil A)! The evening shift is giving “The ice cream machine is down” vibes AKA (McDonald’s)!
First off: My order was suppose to be ready at 4:40pm Next: The I’ll mannered server came out the door at 5:46pm smiling with no food in hand. I’m looking like hunni what’s funny! I asked is my food not ready? I have been sitting out here since 4:28pm! She answers I don’t know it might be, but I’ll send the manager out so you can ask her! Either way you have to pay first anyway!!!! I’m thinking she must have had a horrible day at school today, but that’s not fair! I haven’t done anything to her but asked a question! I immediately looked up and started praying!!! At that very moment I wanted to call the Lord and police on myself!!! Because it’s not what she said it was definitely how she said it!!! Nahhh it’s what she said also!! So when the manager came out, I opted out of even speaking to her, because I was definitely about to go left and she didn’t deserve that!!!! I was not about to turn her into an innocent bystander! Oh Cameron has a wonderful attitude he answered the phone when I called inside.
I called and apologized to the manager for rolling up the window up on her. She was very pleasant, understanding and apologetic. She accepted my apology, thank the lord. Because I felt horrible about rolling up the window while she was talking.
Ok so maybe just the to go server was just trained...
