Absolutely phenomenal experience! When we pulled in, we had every intention on “shopping around” for the best deal. Not being from the area we didn’t know where to go for a mattress so we figured we would just go store to store until we found the best deal. This store was our first stop and our last stop! The customer service was so out of this world that we couldn’t even think about going anywhere else no matter what someone else may have had to offer! We have a 5yo, 3yo, and 8mo and they were so accommodating to our babies! They basically babysat our kids and took that stress away so that we could relax and find the perfect mattress! I figured being a mattress store it would be “don’t touch, don’t run, don’t jump, etc” so I had already had the talk with the kids before we entered the store but again, they are 5 and under so that didn’t last very long… Sarah and Krystal we the absolute sweetest and entertained our kids so well! Our kids didn’t want to leave when it was time to go because the experience was that enjoyable for them! My husband and I didn’t want to leave either because the beds were SO comfortable! I highly recommend doing business with these phenomenal ladies! They are so knowledgeable, so patient, and they truly listen to their customers needs! I have had my Temperpedic mattress for about 2 years now. Shortly before I purchased it I was diagnosed with venous insufficiency in my legs. I had trouble sleeping at night because of severe leg pain. I also suffered from occasional GERD. My sales rep, Dixie, suggested I purchase the adjustable frame with the vibration mode. Reluctantly, because it was more expensive, I did. After about 2 months of using to vibration feature about 20 minutes each night, I no longer had the pain in my legs. I also found relief for my reflux with the adjustable setting. I can raise or lower the head or feet as little or as much as I need to give me a good night’s sleep. The extra cost was well worth it. I also recently purchased a set of the Egyptian cotton cooling sheets. They are the softest sheets Ive ever slept on. Sales associates were fabulous. Very knowledgeable answering all questions and providing appropriate direction to assist us in choosing the best mattress for our needs. Unfortunately the finance application process was awful. It took us almost 2 hours to get our application processed with Synchrony. On the first try it would not process sending to another application process with Vive. Doug Grant with Mattress Firm contacted Synchrony without success. We contacted them again and Gabby with Synchrony was unprofessional, rude and did not appear interested in helping us resolve the issue. Finally after providing her our information multiple times we were approved. This is ridiculous as our credit rating is near perfect.
