Pamela (Dr. or NP) was great! Tammy (Nurse) was great as well! Glenn ( didn’t introduce himself, so I’m not sure what his role was) wasn’t great but was the worst. I went in with an ear infection and impaired hearing from said ear and he was so soft spoken I couldn’t hear him. I had to ask him to speak up several times. He seem to just ignore it and keep talking. The receptionist ( don’t know her name either, nor did she introduce herself) obviously doesn’t need to work in customer service. I asked her if she needed my insurance cards and she replied “No, just fill everything out on this tablet and finish it on your phone.” My phone wasn’t downloading my ID or insurance card. I let her know and she ignored that and walked away. I took my seat for a minute( there was only two people including me in there at the time) but when more patients started coming in I went back up there and asked her if she needed my insurance card and ID to which she handed me a clipboard and told me to fill the papers out on there. When finished filling paperwork out I returned it and asked AGAIN do you need my ID and insurance. Once again she said no. I took a seat again and in a few minutes she called me up to the desk and asked for my ID and insurance. 🙄 If anyone’s had an ear infection, you very well know how painful it is, so this is when I lost my cool! She was very unprofessional and I’m assuming at some point I missed her interactions with the other patients whom had came in because they were rolling their eyes at her and tsking also. Apparently they’ll hire anyone off the streets. 🥹 If this survey had been for only Pamela and Tammy I’d have given it 5 stars. They were phenomenal health...
Read moreWait was extremely long. Signed in online and arrived at 8am. Another patient was in front of us who had not signed up. I was next. The receptionist asked if I had already signed in online, and I replied yes. She stated, 'Okay, I will check you in & verify your information.' The first lady was checking in, then another guy came in. She called both of them back. Afterwards, I asked, 'Do you need anything else from me?' and she said, 'I am about to verify your information and further stated if a patient signs in at 8am they have to check them in first. OK, but she could have been verifying my information while the other person was checking in on the Kiosk. We finally get called back, CNA turns around and puts us on the other side of the clinic where nobody was working. After an hour, I left room to use the restroom and then asked the receptionist how long it would be or if a doctor was in yet? At which she replied yes and stated I should be next, she begin looking in the computer when I saw the other Nurse Practitioner/Provider/Doctor walking down the hall in which I asked, are you the doctor and proceed to tell him that we had been here for over an hour and had been in the room for over 30 minutes. Granted, I was the 2nd person there, and no other patients were in the office when I arrived. He then said he will look at at her chart, and will be in. He came in room 15 minutes later, checked her out, and only ordered blood work and no other test. He apologize and stated they thought the other provider was this side of clinic. Still not sure if my daughter's symptoms have been resolved. The whole experience today was terrible! Poor office planning and poor...
Read moreNo matter time of day or day of week they WILL NOT answer the phone. The lazy receptionist is why i will be going somewhere else. They say they can do primary care but if you ever need a refill, a question answered, to schedule an appointment, to request a change, etc etc etc, the secretary WONT do her job unless litterally forced to by higher ups. I had to go IN PERSON and have the OFFICE MANAGER fax something because the secretary failed to for MONTHS. Ive called every day this week multiple times and always "assisting another patient" but every time i go in im one of maybe 2 people in the waiting room. Until they get a phone lady that ACTUALLY DOES HER JOB its not worth using them. Youll wait far too long to see specialist because she fails to fax refferals, youll wait on refills because she wont answer the phone. And if you leave a message, no. You will not receive a call back and they only do something if you come and demand it IN PERSON and thats only worked half the time. A pharmacy litterally had to send them a TEMPLATE on how to correctly write a PRESCRIPTION because they 6 TIMES wrote it wrong and it couldnt be filled i had to go to the office manager, get the pharmacy on the phone and have the OFFICE MANAGER do it before it finally worked right because the docs repeatedly faxed the...
