This place has def gone downhill fast. Customer service is terrible, and I don't think they have any idea of how to run a business. No greeting, no "how can I help you", or "are you looking for anything particular?"

Nope, they just sitting there on the computer, or their phones until you decide to come up to the counter and ask them a question. Then you get the standard eye roll, and "no, can't do anything for you" answer.

I've been here many times, and have bought a majority of my collection here since they opened trying to support them as a local business.

When they first opened, used to always give them first opportunity to help me with my sneaker fix, but now with the weird hours, and poor customer service, won't be going back. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Finally, their pricing is rather high, and there are other similar shops with same selection, better customer service, and...

I came in yesterday to the stoneridge location to buy some Pokémon cards and was scammed... The price is 150$ for a booster box which I knew from coming in a month prior and buying the same thing I went in for today. The guy asked me if I would pay with cash or credit and if id want a receipt to which I replied cash no receipt then he told me the price was 200$. After requesting a receipt he did not want to give me one and suddenly the price dropped to 180$. Might I add this transaction did not happen at a register, there was no ringing up my purchase and he just took the money.., I don't like conflict so I said nothing and left.. luckily the cards I got more then made up for the scammed price but I certainly will not go back and do not recommend anyone to enter these stores unless you want...
