I love this Gallery and I come out to every event that I can. I found Jess and Wes to be very kind and helpful and just a wonderful presence to be around. I buy local art pieces for gifts for family & friends. I am a collector with my MA Museum Studies and I have worked as a Museum Manager & with a variety of collections. I love that they are bringing such wonderful shows to the community! My friend and I are really enjoying the pieces that we bought at the last Black light art show. I was able to film with permission the artist about their piece to show my partner in Narvik, Norway...which really meant so much...being able to share the video and an explanation of the pieces! Jessica and Wesley go above and beyond to help local artists get their work out there and are a gift to our island community. They advise, assist, or, if the artist so desires, they get out of the way. They are fair in their dealings, they can draw a crowd of artists, musicians, and art lovers. They give back to the community. They teach. We are fortunate to have them in our community. I was so glad to find this hidden gem! There were multiple artists in two separate studio/gallery spaces right next to each other. The artists are local and were lovely to speak with, and my partner and I were grateful to get so much of the backstories behind the artworks we purchased. Great range of styles and pricing, so easy to find something in your budget range or to just enjoy perusing. They are open a couple Fridays a month in the evenings and part of the Art Walk too.
