Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Alamo

Come on guys there not even trying anymore they've messed up my order a grand total of 27 times yes I kept count because I knew they would mess up today its honestly not worth going for anymore maybe it's the employee's negligence or the manager is horrible at their job and doesn't care anymore if I could give this daily queen half a star I wouldn't even give them that due to how many times they gotten orders wrong or the time I wasted only to get a cold burger with a side of nothing because they forgot the sides ever time. My advice if your gonna go here go while there's light because as soon as dinner start the employees start to not care and that ignorance leads to a lot of orders being either random or completely messed up don't get me started on the meat it's basically a 50/50...

I cannot remember the exact amount of years I’ve ordered blizzards at DQ, but today they gave me my blizzard with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. I told the gentleman that took my order, I don’t want chocolate ice cream, for as long as I can remember I have ALWAYS gotten vanilla ice cream with the chocolate toppings, doesn’t make sense to get chocolate toppings with chocolate ice cream. When they took the blizzard back, they just removed one scoop and added vanilla ice cream, and mixed with the rest of the chocolate blizzard they had given me. First, we had asked for the student discount since we saw a lot of advertisements in all of Dairy Queen pages for back to school promo. Then we pull up and Melissa right away said no to discount, didn’t acknowledge the fact that we were just asking to see if they take any official social media discount. We eventually ordered 4 blizzards and we proceed to the next window not even 5 mins we get notified that we have to go to curbside to park and wait for the 4 mini blizzard. After me there was about 3 cars that also got send to curbside. Meanwhile I can see the whole crew just standing and we are still waiting for our ice cream. Which we still haven’t received.
