This location is in a small town on a busy highway and gets a lot of business. Ordering in the store is the most efficient way to get your sandwich the way you want it. I have ordered online orders from them three times and each time they've messed it up in a different way. The management doesn't not own their mistakes and only tell you that they will take care of it the next time you come in. This time in particular they wrote that they didn't have a particular item on my wrapper they wrapped the sandwich in and didn't say anything to me when I picked it up. I didn't realize until later that they had written it on the wrapper. Who reads a wrapper? They did not put any sauces that I paid for and did not state whether or not they were out of not. It was the driest, blandest, sandwich I have had from them. It was a dry salad on slabs of bread. Will not order from them online again. On another note,, their store is always clean and it is not a bad place to bring your kids. Their busiest time is from 11:55AM (MST) and ends around 12:50PM (MST). Read moreWe showed up on a Sunday morning at 8:45 AM and they didn't even have the doors open or lights on until 9:07 AM and I believe it was only because we knocked on the door. I went inside after the lady unlocked the doors only to wait SILENTLY. Looking around I noticed there were no fresh cookies made or even baking; or bread either. After at least 90 seconds she ccame from the back... I was not greeted so I said good morning and she then replied back. I asked about the breakfast subs and was stopped in the process. The lady informed me that if I needed anything toasted that she couldn't do it....no explanation as to why, and I was irritated by then so I failed to inquire either, so I said well that's not going to work because I would like a flatbread sandwich. And then I asked her where the next closest Subway was and she replied the Walmart oh, and she apologized oh, and I said Thank you and left. Read moreThe only reason I am not giving this a five-star rating is because of the manager that was on duty the day that we purchased our items. The food was delicious, the new employees were fabulous, and the speed for which we received our items was acceptable. I just believe that the manager just needed to hone her customer service skills. I thought it could possibly just be the way that she talked to us, but saw that that was the way she was with all customers. A smile and positive attitude would be awesome. Any employee needs to present an attitude that they enjoy their job even if they have to fake it. If you're not happy somewhere leave and do something that makes you happy.
