This grooming salon is fantastic! I bring my black Labrador in for regular baths and use their self wash station. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and kind. I love the soap they provide, it smells so good and really gets my dog clean. They have spray nozzles that dilute the soap with water while you use it, and while it doesn't make a lot of suds while youre scrubbing it definitely gets their fur clean. I normally wet my dog down with soapy water, scrub it in, and have enough soap left to wash her again and get all the dirt off. Jessica is wonderful and showed our dog Willa a lot of love. Willa has special needs due to a stroke she had four months ago and has a difficult time walking and really needed to get her nails trimmed. It was my first time there so I didn't know what to expect. And When we saw Jessica she knew right away what she needed to do and got down on the floor and cut Willa extremely long nails right there. It was awesome because I was very worried about Willa getting on the table. I was very impressed with how Willa just let her trim her nails. It was a Great experience and we'll be back next month. Edit- we go often, ever 6-8 weeks. There's ample room in the self wash, with easy to use tubs. The soaps are great for our sensitive newfs - the dryers actually get the double and triple coated beats dry! The grooming staff are wonderfully attentive to the animals and owners! They are friendly and do great work - my dogs enjoy going there! Huge shout to Cheyenne - she really knows how to work...
