This is a service company that has tip jars , let’s face it the people that work here and other places like this rely on tips because their wage doesn’t cut it but this company will ask other companies to do their shopping for them and their lists are not small 50+ units from costco so you can imagine how long that would take a person to shop for all of that then checkout and load their car, deliver to where the customer would like it and this customer refuses to tip at all in fact the only way they get their order is because the shipping company adds a customer that tips to the order so that customer is the one that pays for this coffee house to actually get their order they should be embarrassed how they treat people that help them stay...

I LOVE this place. There are a lot of little cafes in Albany but this is definitely my favorite. It gives off a very "stars-hollow" vibe and has lots of comfy seating, a great place to gossip! Everything I've tried here has been delicious, it's rare to find a place where the food is just as good as the drinks! My personal favorite is the Turkey sandwich, simple but delectable.
