Food is decent only if you’re in there to monitor it and basically step-by-step them into making it as you would like.

The issue is the kitchen staff, mostly the one woman, is extremely rude. I’m not sure what has happened to her personally to make her this angry.

I don’t eat meat at places like this as a personal preference, so I got the veggie burrito bowl.

The girl angrily grabbed my bowl, got frustrated when I asked for my veggies grilled, and then barely grilled any of the three veggies for me. Then angrily pushed my bowl aside and I wasn’t done adding to my bowl. I said this to my partner to which she responded “what else? You’re not done?” Huh? I barely had anything in my bowl but rice lettuce and veggies?? No I was not done.

Finally let me finish and I walked off. She curtly asked me if I was “done” when she did not care to ask originally. I’m not asking for the staff to be exciting about making my bowl but I’m not sure how being in a terrible mood makes the work day progress any faster. I just wanted to take a second to thank and praise the staff here! I’m very big on seeing people for the humans they are, and am not oblivious to the fact none of us are perfect. Even with this in mind, I’ve never had a negative experience here and sometimes on a day that wasn’t the best this is literally where I’ll come for comfort food. I’d like to commend specifically Lindsay, Kaylee, Hunter, & the other 2 boys who’re usually on day shift whose names I don’t know :(. (One I do know is in the Albany State band) The worst it’s ever gotten was a long wait time, but again I’m not oblivious to the fact that things literally happen and that’s okay! Even near closing time, I’ve never felt rushed to get in and out of line, and in times I was hesitant to ask for something further, I’ve never gotten a nasty reaction to my request. This establishment is very rude. When I walked in for a pick up order I went to the area designated and while I waited I was asked by two separate employees if I was here for door dash. Yet, the person of a different ethnicity behind was not asked once and I was not wearing or holding anything that signifies that I worked for door dash. Then I was the last person to be served even though I had called a little while earlie (it's understandable they were busy). However, while I was waiting in the pick up area there was liquid from the ceiling dripping on me. Once I addressed this issue with an employee stated "yeah it's just something that happens". I finally about to pay but she had to finish putting away they put queso all over the take out cup so I kindly asked her to wipe it off and she had an attitude.
