I have never been so disrespected in my life. When I tell you, the customer service lady treated me like I was the lowest class of human being on earth. She absolutely did‼️ Never have I ever been talked down to and treated with such disrespect. I am one of the most sincere people in the world. I only thought she was being rude until my daughter said, mom it sounds like she has an attitude. I said to my daughter, I thought it was just me. The customer service lady blatantly replied, No it’s not just you! Then continued to be rude and talk to me as if I was ignorant. She was malicious and belittling. I was continued to seek help from her, speaking nicely in reply to her rude, sarcastic and malicious responses. But no matter how I replied she continued her malicious antics and continued to be rude. I went there for help. I never expected for my character to be attacked. I asked for my phone back and took my business to Smart Phone Repair in the mall. Where I received excellent customer service and bought a phone. If I could give Phone Source a zero I would. I will never patronize a business that treats people with no respect or care. This was the worst customer service...

It wouldn’t let me do a review unless I put a rating! The rating actually is a 0! The customer service sucks. I recently went in with my son to purchase a WiFi box. We were told we could change carriers if the service didn’t work well. We return to the store on 3 different occasions due to the WiFi box not working on to be told that we could not be refunded nor could we get an exchange for something else. The salesman in the store was extremely rude would not listen when we tried to get an exchange. I do not recommend anyone purchasing anything in the store. I read a review where a lady named StepH started she bought a charger and couldn’t get an exchange after being sold the wrong charger. The owner stated that it wasn’t true but I myself have had the same experience and am stuck with an idea that doesn’t work.I was treated poorly and will never purchase anything else from phone source on Dawson Rd. I’d rather go to Phone hub! They have better customer service and they work with you to make sure you get quality service! Worst...

I recently visited Phone Source on Dawson Road in Albany, Georgia, to purchase a phone charger. Unfortunately, the salesperson gave me the wrong charger. I immediately noticed the mistake and asked if I could exchange it for the correct one, as I hadn't even left the store yet.

To my disappointment, the salesperson refused to do the exchange, citing a policy against it. I was shocked by this lack of customer service, especially since I was not asking for a return, just an exchange. I hadn't even stepped out of the store, gotten into my car, or left the parking lot.

It's disheartening to see such poor business practices from a small business when customers are trying to support them. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I would caution others to be aware of their rigid policies before making a purchase here.
