I had a great experience with Ken the owner and operator. Ken was super easy going and knowledgeable about his products. He was more interested in making sure you were happy with your purchase more than anything. After going to all of the other stores my wife and I checked out Sawmill last and we were pleasantly surprised by the selection and prices. After roaming around all day we finally found a furniture store that had a wide variety of affordable furniture and styles to choose from without annoying overzealous salesmen trying to sell you what ever you where willing to buy. Helpful staff and what looks to be good quality furniture.

I've never been one for the mark it up double and then take 50% off sales tactics, but that seems to be what they do here. If you know that going in, it's not a big deal.

I liked their selection of goods and they have an extensive catalog to order from as well.

I would have preferred straight pricing rather than the jack it up and then give me a discount way of doing business, but I guess that says how much you like to haggle.
