Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Albemarle

ROACH,ROACH,ROACH!!!!! I went in an order my family of 4 food for dinner and granted it was 9:15 pm. I went a head and paid for our food, the same guy that took my order began to cook my order. As i stood there at the counter wating out of the corner of my right eye I saw something come up from underneath the top part of the counter to ontop of the counter when i turned my head in the direction of 2hatbinhad seen out of the corner of eye itbwas the biggest ROACH I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. AS soon as I seen it I called the gentlemen back over to me and told him that I need a refund back on my order bc there was a big roach crawling up the wall and showed it to him and he grab a napkin and killed it and said it's bc of people walking in and out !! UMMMMM, SORRY BUT NO SIR ROACHES that big have been there for a long time!!!!! And it knew where it was at and knew it's way around to good!!!! Will never go back here again. He needed up giving me a refund but was...

Wife called order in, 3 large sesame chicken, 1 small and a crab Rangoon, charged us almost $60, didn’t get the food til almost an hour after she called it in and only gave us 2 large and one small. Said we were wrong on what we ordered and refused to give us the missing large. We order the same thing every single time we eat there. We didn’t forget to order anything. I can promise that’ll be the last time you get a dime from me.

Edited to add after response: the phone that we ordered from actually records phone calls and can play for the owner that we ordered exactly what we said, person taking the call confirmed it on the phone and it wasn’t what we received. The response displays my point that instead of helping me getting it fixed the restaurant became argumentative that we didn’t order it. I have the call recorded...

I ordered House Special Mai Fun consists of Chicken perfectly cooked tiny strips of Pork delicate Scrimp w sauteed strips of celery green onions carrots in a bed of Rice Noodles . You can actually order this spicy but I didnt . A Delicious dish an more than I could eat in a tin foil pan w a lid to go ... Very Pleasant Friendly guy (was the cook also), You can see them cooking if you stand at the counter ... Really Clean an Nice looking resturant . You order from the menu an eat in or take out ... Nice Place ...Have a Lunch an Dinner menu ... I reccommend this place if luv good Chinese Food . They have larger qualities if needed for entertaining (wings ect) ......
