Walked in to only two tables with customers. There were three women and none of them sat us. The one girl finally came back and seated us in a booth that was too small for me to get in. Moved to a table. Finally ordered our food after some time. Salads were decent. That was the only thing. Our food took time to come out and in between, there was arguing in the kitchen. Some girl yelling the F bomb several times. I ordered the fettucini alfredo. It came with the salad and a garlic bread. The garlic bread was dry and tasted burnt. The alfredo sauce had no flavor. Just a white, bechemel sauce. Tried to add parmesan sprinkled on but it didn't help. No flavor. I couldn't eat. Hubby had the Penne Pasta. His dish came out with fettucine noodles. Server took it back and said the cook said it was penne. He showed her a photo of penne but tried to eat it. His noodles were too mushy and the sauce didn't have taste either. So the server said she would take off the entrees. She charged us for the salads, which was okay, but we didn't eat the garlic bread and they charged us $4 a piece for it and it was burnt. So the dishes were $13.95 and we ended paying $10 each for food we didn't eat. Asked for manager but the girl said he was not there. NO ONE in charge. My sister had the fried chicken and she said the chicken was dried out. I do not...
Read moreToday was my third time eating at the parkway house in Albemar directly across the street from Walmart and once again it was the worst food I have ever had. My son got a cowboy chicken sandwich. The chicken was so dry. He couldnât need me. I got a hamburger steak with onions and gravy, and I donât know how they cook their hamburger steak, but it wasnât a real hamburger steak. It had been like cooked days before and then put in a crockpot with so much water in it when I would bite it, it would fill up my mouth with juice. It was disgusting the onions you expect to be stirfry or something. They had chunks of onion as big as a silver dollar that nobody could eat they werenât solved. They were hard. They were crisp. My wife got a bacon sandwich and she said it was OK but wasnât really good. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. They need to shut down and start over because it is terrible. The food is bland. The prices are outrageous for a meal. The minimum is around $15-$17 if you get a drink and the foodâs worth about five dollars All three meals thatâs how bad it was I will not ever go back and I cannot recommend it to anyone save your money go to McDonaldâs...
Read moreI really wish that I could give them 0.. A waitress took our drink orders and took nearly 20 min. For her to bring 4 adults and 3 kids drinks when there were only 4 tables in the restaurant .. She said that she had to clean the drink machine?? But later on when she took one of my kid's cup to refill.. she forgot to bring the drink... So, one of us had to go to the kitchen and ask for it... Food came out fairly fast however they were very blend and when I specifically asked what kind of bbq sauces they had and our waitress didn't know but the other waitress who was taking care of the table next to us told me that it was the vinegar base which I prefer...however.. it was the sweet bbq.. When people who were seating next to us left.. the buser came to clean the table but she was throwing plates into the tub making loud noises and not to mention they all seemed like they were intoxicated.... Staffs didn't seem to know their own menu as well as really disappointing services.... Never going back...
