Usually love this location, but last time did not go well. I was excited to try the new bologna biscuit, and I love pimento cheese, so I knew I had to try it. We went to dine in and I placed my order and I know for a fact I specified the one with the jalapeno pimento cheese, as you can get it different ways. Got our order and my biscuit had no pimento cheese. I don’t get upset over things like this, so I kindly went up front and told them what happened. A nice lady went and told another lady who was working with the food near the front. This second lady then turned and asked me “can I help you?” but in a very in-genuine tone, like she was mad. She said no one ordered anything with pimento cheese, and asked for my order name. She then proceeded to say “you didn’t get it because thats not what you ordered.” I am not one to want to cause confrontation over something like this; I just wanted pimento cheese. I told her “well that is what I said when I ordered.” Apparently the cashier rang it up as just a bologna egg and cheese, which costs less, which is an understandable mistake, but I know what I said when I ordered. I also told her I would pay the difference. She said “what are you wanting, me to put the pimento cheese on there?” and I was like yes. No need to remake it. Placed my order, paid, got my food and didn’t think I needed to check my bag as there was no one else in line. How could my order be so wrong when you are not busy. Sure enough when I get home I am missing all my side items, I call to let manager know or whoever Wendy is. I ask her if there is someone who checks the order or who makes sure all items are in the bag. She told me that there should have been someone doing that and I proceed to tell her what I was missing. She asks me to bring my bag of food and receipt back and she can check my order and replace what might be missing. Read moreJust left here.They messed my order up TWICE. Michelle took my order the first time. LJ took my order the second time. I ordered 2 porkchop biscuit combos and one chicken biscuit combo. Get almost all the way home with the first order and realize it’s on the receipt wrong- which prompted me to check my bag. One of the porkchop biscuits wasn’t in the bag and I was only charged for a hash brown and a lemonade AFTER the order was read back to me. I turnaround and go back. This time I ask for a porkchop egg and cheese biscuit. Get ALL THE WAY HOME and I have a porkchop club biscuit…. What the hell is that even?! Literally has pork chop, pickles, bacon, cheese, and tomato on a biscuit.
