Bought insurance for my phone that specified it was for lost, stolen or damaged phones. A few months later I returned to the same location because of my phone theft. I was informed that there was nothing that could be done about it. They made some phone calls and all said the same thing. 1.5 years later I find out from some highly hidden details that it was in fact covered. When I called the location, I was laughed at and told they could have replaced it and was clueless why anyone would say otherwise. Thank god 139 dollars were wasted and it was funny to someone, do not use this location. Very rude and shady staff with company practices.
For the record, as you can see below, they want you to think this is how it goes. Upon my phone being stolen, a few months into the insurance becoming valid. The told me nothing they could do. Was not even told who the insurance was through or how to file a claim. 300 dollars, according to them could replace the phone, which was 150 more than the phone itself was worth. Verizon's home office itself, could not find out where they got the information from their statements.
Again I say to anyone who makes it this far, avoid this location Wireless World over by PaPa's Murphy is also a Verizon dealer. Does a way better job at training their staff...

They both were incredibly helpful, getting all the information we wanted before we could even ask for it. Kayd looked to get us the best deals that he could, and told us our options on each of our phones including monthly prices and comparisons with other options. Read moreBunch of swindlers. Had a warranty defective phone and wanted to charge to get a temp phone swapped over. I must of been expecting too much after being a customer for 10 years to ask for a 5 minute swap when the store is empty and they got nothing else to do.
Edit to the reply - Actually it was the store manager who gave us this experience. Said the charge would be $10 and said that other nearby stores would charge $20. Went to other store and did it free in 5 minutes after our wait for service. Save me your...
