Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Albert Lea

I'm so used to starbucks but there's none in town so me trying this place isn't so bad I would of given maybe 4 or even a 5 star rate but the 3 stars is due to the lack of consistency everytime I order the same drink, I've been ordering the same drink for like 6months now and honestly tired of the smallest mistakes being made with my drink when actually I'm being charge and now getting entirely what I payed for . Yea I can come in and tell u but every time ? I've mentioned before in person so yea I'm not gonna waste my gas to go get a order fixed because I didn't have the time, some people really grab and go so having the orders done right the first time around is a major essential specially for orders done thru the drive thru or online pickup u knw so yea I think this place should really pay attention better and make sure their customers order are set right better , we all human people make mistakes but then again if this is a pattern then someone in there or all need coaching , u never know what someone's days goin and being like the 1st place people hit to get their "fix" from u guys to start their day is essential to be better on all aspects of...

I went here for the first time today. My order "sounds" complicated, but it isn't. It's just very specific. And to be rudely told -to my face- that my drink order is special and will be made after the other customers...is incredibly insulting and makes me increasingly disgusted with Caribou Coffee.

No, I don't need a manager to reach out. No, I don't need customer service to reach out. Yes, I think you need to take a management course. Yes, I think you need to learn empathy.

I won't be returning, and no response you provide is going to welcome a positive response, so I'd recommend not sharing your thoughts. Caribou Coffee is a huge name, but...the people that work here are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.

I will not be recommending this company (let alone this storefront) to anyone for coffee. If I want someone to be rude to me, I'll go somewhere that actually wants to make my drink, at the very least.

Ordered a chai tea with oat milk light ice along with my boyfriends medium turtle mocha. We get to the window the woman at the register repeated our order back to us, and I polietly made sure there was light ice in my drink as she did not say this while reading our order back. I than recievd my drink with EXTRA ice (the whole cup was filled..) but the other drink was a large not a medium which I did not recieve a reciept but after reviewing the menu I realized I was charged for a large not the medium we had ordered. I was not gonna be a karen and complain about the ice but by the time I realized I was overcharged I was already on the interstate out of town... Not pleased it was too...
