QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Albert Lea

I give the Albert Lea location ZERO stars. Twice now I have ordered for delivery and they have gave door dash the wrong address when my order CLEARLY states the correct address. The first time luckily the guy with door dash was nice enough to call me and ask for my location, even though he was rude and told me I put the wrong address down once he got here to deliver the food, I had to show him my order stated the right address. The 2nd time the door dash gal gave my food back to Qdoba and marked it "delivered", but I did not receive my food and my credit card was still charged. I called the Albert Lea Store and they told me it wasn't their problem both the manager and the rude employee working, and told me to call door dash. I call door dash and they tell me it's Qdoba's issue because they are the ones that charged me. Door dash claimed they delivered it and Qdoba claimed door dash brought my meal back and they canceled my order. Which I never received confirmation on any of this in paper or via phone call. Just verbally when I finally called and complained an hour after I placed my order. Needless to say I'm left with paying for a meal that I did not receive, horrible experience and customer service being on the phone for an hour and got no where between door dash and the manager who didn't want to speak because "he was not in store that day". My co worker ordered food at the same time and got hers no problem. All I asked is either they send me another meal or give my money back. Neither of that happened... This is the most awful experience I have had with any fast...

Honestly just sad. The burrito I asked for had white rice, pinto beans, corn, chicken, queso, and shredded cheese. The burrito I got had white rice, pinto beans, onion, extra tomato “pico” juice in place of corn, ONE CUBE OF CHICKEN (literally one), and that was ALL. It was so soaked with pico juice that the tortilla was in pieces when we opened it and it was all ICE COLD. Just flopped into a bowl in a centimeter deep puddle of onion juice The only flavor was onion and pico. This cost me MORE than the same order did at CHIPOTLE! The poor two children working looked sad, overworked, and barely old enough to be working let alone running the store by themselves! This is a place in DESPERATE need of competent management bc clearly it has NONE! This is the third time out of three visits I have been horribly disappointed. I will NEVER be returning as I have NEVER been given the correct order. Please shape this restaurant up so it can be worth the...

I will never order delivery from here again. I was NOT notified it would be delivered by Doordash. I would have NEVER agreed. I am extremely angry and would not have placed an order and will never again. Wrong of me to assume you would have your own delivery people like several other companies. I NEVER order delivery and I took a chance because I have a sick one. So angry. Doordash is a joke that steals sometimes and delivers cold food, every time.

The food was indeed cold, but it was DELICIOUS. Which doesn’t usually happen at the same time. I will be back IN store for food, when I am physically get it myself. I had stick around and didn’t want to cook. Delivery was double the time it takes to get to my home, 19 min instead of 10 after picked up. Paying extra for tip and delivery for cold food isn’t fun.
