When I signed up for Barre3 I was just looking for a class to help get and keep me in shape but over the past year it’s provided so much more than I ever expected. It’s something in my day I do just for me, it helps relaxes me and allows me to let go of my day, my confidence has increased in myself and my capabilities, and most of all I have met amazing new friends and feel part of a community that make me smile when I walk through the door. Last but definitely not least ALL of the instructors are beyond awesome and each carry their unique spin on class. They help to challenge and support us both individually and as a whole together. This is the first place I’ve taken my boys (ages 3 and 4) to hangout in the play lounge while I workout. I fully trust and know they’re in good hands with the staff. The small, intimate setting makes it feel like home. Above all, the workouts are wonderful! As someone stepping back into group fitness after two kids, barre3 was perfect. I was distraught with this news; I needed an outlet and something that made me feel strong. I decided to give Barre3 a try having used a coupe of Barre workout videos throughout my pregnancy. Not only did I absolutely love the workout, I was warmly greeted and accepted my a group of like-minded women.
