I been going to this salon over a year but it was usually on Mondays or during the week but this Saturday I went and ended up with someone who I think has no experience she was an older women with glasses I asked for basic pedicure and acrylic toe nails so she put me in the chair had my feet in the water for a min pulled them out did the acrylic then put them back in when water was cold cut a few cuticles not all then scrubbed the bottom of my feet then massage legs then put a hot towel 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was honestly in shock of what was going on I just couldn’t wait to get out of the chair to top it off when she file the acrylic on my toes she cut and burned the tip of my toe. Then it’s finally over and I get my nails done and the same lady couldn’t do the design so I finally was like no let’s get someone else to do this and she did and they came out beautiful but then when I left I snapped on the price and went back in to ask if prices are different during the weekend because I was just there 3 weeks ago and get a full set of nails with design and paid same amount as the rebase it made no sense I’ve done the same thing and never went over 120 maybe 130 and I asked why the pedicure was so much when all she did was wash my feet she said that’s a basic pedicure and also they all acted as if I was lying about being there 3 weeks ago and I been going over a year I have receipts to prove it and now I have to find a new place! Update on today my bow is gone one of my nails popped off and half of toe nails already broke off you can tell it was so thin on my nail bed and thicker on the broken piece.. I’m sure that’s why they broke off… I loved this place but because of my social anxiety I never asked the lady who mostly did my nails she sits on the left side I believe in the 3rd table I also had a male do my nails before at the same time the lady did my toes they were always great but this time was a bad experience and I’m sure they know it’s because the older lady that was inexperienced but they will always protect each other. I have never been so disappointed in my life. My daughter took me to a place I wanted to go have my pedicure done. I raved about this place. I have been going here for years. My daughter was running late for our appointment when I arrived. We live an hour away. And there were still alot of vacant chairs. The lady at the manicure table greeted me as always. Then I was shown to my chair. After using the restroom, I settled in. My daughter still hadn't arrived for a few more minutes. The lady never addressed me, just asked me what color. When I told her my daughter was on her way, she totally ignored me. While the lady was talking on her phone. She was rough on my feet, and grasping my big toe in between two of her fingers picked my foot up then dropping hitting the bar of the chair that they were resting on. She never said a word to me. My daughter made it there and I said to her, my daughters here, she never looked up at me not once. Another lady that was working with a client two chairs down got up to assist my daughter. So while I was drying and my daughter wasn't done yet we continued to have our conversation Another girl came over ripped the rubber things from my feet. Grabbed my handbag and wanted me out of the chair. I said, my daughter isn't done yet and we are talking. She then gave me my purse back. Therr were still alot of empty chairs. Let me start off by saying we had been going to this nail salon for over over a year and Wendy is amazing at everything! she does the perfect pedicure, the perfect manicure or acrylic set. That being said, the owner is not friendly at all and when my mom calls me crying because she Made an honest mistake and didn’t have a ride to her appointment when she tried to call to reschedule. The owner (Andy) was really rude and made my mom feel bad for missing her appointment and said she could come in and she couldn’t have Wendy because Of how busy they are, which is understandable. But then, instead of trying to fix the issue and advising her to make an appointment the following week, when she tried to ask about it, he was really rude and short and huffy about it. And then she started to say that she would just find another nail salon, and instead of him trying to get her to stay he told her yes that’s probably for the best. So safe to say we will never go back to this nail salon as long as he is the owner. And again, this is nothing against Wendy. She was amazing and we will definitely miss her because her pedicures are definitely incredible, but it is not worth the stress and having to worry about what type of customer service we are...
