This was my first auto accident claim for damages, and I had no idea what to do. My Daughter and I were involved in a serious rear end collision three years ago. We had been pursuing regular rehabilitation treatments and spinal injections for sustained injuries for both my Daughter and I due to the severity of the 100% preventable accident (the other driver was distracted on her cell phone). These phone calls are very difficult to place. You have a problem you have an issue you have to reach out to an attorney. For me it is extremely foreign as I’ve never had to do this. I made a phone call on Monday reaching out to this law firm. My communication with the secretary that answered the phone was not very good.
