I had asked for a rebase, so she started and did not completely remove the (chocolate) nail polish that I already had on. And she started putting the acrylic. Then I had said what about those spots. Looked like my nails had freakles. So I addressed it, she decides to just try and drill off the spots, that left bumps. So she said happy. I said if it’s bumpy you should redo it. So then the other lady that seemed to be the manager/owner says wait for me I’ll fix it. I waited 15 minutes she started on my nails, but she was also upset. She tried to drill it off and tried to make it even. Then I said it’s hot. So she proceeded to soak my nail 1 at a time. Then after another lady comes in, and has a complaint her nails broke. So she told me wait for me. Jumped up and moved to the next seat over. She didn’t sanitize or anything she just did it. So I wanted another 15 mins. She comes back and doesn’t say a word to me but is speak in Vietnamese. So now I’ve been there for over an hour. So I cancel my pedicure. And she is still upset because now I simply just want to leave. She did not wash her hands, and when I asked her to she ignored me. Mind you her English was perfect far the other places where you have them to repeat themselves. So I said ok. Towards the end 2 hrs into the event. I said you can just put gloss on my nails. And we can call it a day. She mumbled and said gel? I said no just regular. So then she starts talking about I wanted gel and now regular. In my head I just wanted to leave. How did she still charge me 50 for a rebase, without gel? This place is not clean, they are rude and they reuse the products. ( the acetone my one finger at a time was soaking in, she put back into the bottle) I watched and said is that sanitary? No answer! This place is not a good place nor is it sanitary with Covid and all. I continued with the work because I wanted to finish paying for the service. But I immediately went next door to wash my hands. She didn’t even offer that or a hand oil after my rebase! Absolutely no customer service and...

I asked a lady that did my pedicure 3 times how to incline my seat because button wasn’t working and they pretended they couldn’t hear me and I even said ok just ignore me and don’t respond to your paying customer .They did dip when I asked for acrylic . A guy kept putting my nail tip on crooked and they could physically see what was going on and then finally got in on straight the 3rd time but upset and yelling about it and when I got home the gel on my toe designs rubbed all the way off like if they didn’t light cure it long enough maybe and also I noticed on my pointer left finger they put two nail tips on top of each other , I was so frustrated I left with no color at all on nails they told me toes would be 50 but charged me 70. Everything came out to $126 but when I asked to break down the details of prices they couldn’t . The nails I asked for were coffin rounded and all different lengths when I asked for short square . I would not recommend...

I went in recently to get my nails done. The nail technician ripped my previous nails off without using chemicals to gently remove them. She also did not know what stiletto style was, and I had to explain it. Then technician made my pinky nail crooked. I literally had to beg her to fix it, she kept insisting it was fine- I gave up and had to fix it when I got home because she kept insisting it was fine.

A week goes by and one of my nails breaks. I go in to get a fixed. They charged me for it. And when painting my nails puts on the wrong color. I told the nail technician (different woman) it was the wrong color. Insisted it was the right color. She adds another coat and I tell her again it is not the right color and she insists again it’s the right color.

I am beyond frustrated. I will never return and will warn people about coming here. What kind of business treats their customers like this? Unbelievable. I would give negative...
