Usually go to this location about once weekly always very nice crew , today i went in barely got my foot in the door when told welcome will be right with you , that's fine but normally when there ready to take your order they say can I help you , not the case the cashier chatted with the other worker just stood at the counter for about 2 min never acknowledged me at all just stood there looking out the window as if I was note there at all , I finally decided to say can I order now ? , she responded SURE, I felt very unwelcomed and ignored, as I was ordering very quickly to say is that all?I Needed a second smoothie again I felt very unwelcomed, no thank you just turned around made my drinks which were very watery not the usual (banana ramas). For $18 very poor service and smoothie poorly made, was a heavier set girl she had no name tag . Very unsatisfied with customer service , not sure if i will be returning after this interaction. Maybe coaching will help this employee with customer service considering she's working...

I used to love this place before it rebranded to this cutesy millennial soulless corporate trash aesthetic. I’ve been going to Keva since I was in elementary school. This is the 3rd time in the last 2 months that my smoothie has spilled because of the lids that are basically just for looks. Why am I paying $6 for 12oz just to spill everywhere. If your smoothie is leaning even one degree past perfectly vertical, it’s going to implode. Godspeed if you dare to put your smoothie in a car cup holder. There are now stubborn stains on my car seats and pants. Their prices have become astronomical and quality and selection has gone down. This has been happening for months, so it seems like they’re trying to cut costs with the terrible lids and cups. The original colors and Kokopelli design were unique and lovely! I understand that I came in 30 minutes before closing on a Thursday night, 6/20/2019 at 8:30pm... but I have never been greeted by such attitude in my life. The kind, "gentle" young lady was obviously upset, slamming things around and making a TON of noise and making me feel extremely un comfortable. This is the closest location to my house, but she definitely made sure that I will NEVER be returning to this location. If this is how your employees are trained to treat customers, close at an earlier time. Don't take it out on the customer. Absolutely rude, horrible, customer service. Zero stars...
