This is a review for the Green Joe Mobile Coffee School: This is an excellent and thorough training. I learned crucial and practical lessons like hitching and driving with a trailer, generator management and troubleshooting, plumbing, electrical, coffee equipment, workflow, layout, business and marketing, barista training and recipe creation. Vincent creates an inclusive environment where there are no dumb questions. There are two aspects of this training that set this apart and elevate it from any other training I've had: 1) you are essentially in on the job training as it takes place in his training trailer. This means if there are any issues with equipment or plumbing, you get real time experience, which is invaluable. 2) Vincent teaches with empathy which means he takes time to cover the minute details that may seem rote to people who have been in the business, but are gold nuggets to those of us who are brand new to the industry.
