Acrylic Nails and Gel polish are obviously NOT "INDESTRUCTIBLE" Ladies! 80-90% of the time your nails pop off or Gel chips is cause of YOU, NOT the Nail Tech.Of course It could be the techs faulty skill-set which I consider the 10% difference left, BUUUT how many of you ladies "Immediately" start digging into your purses with your NAILS not dry Yet just to pay the Nail Tech, or grabbing onto your children or moving stuff around in your car seconds/minutes after getting your nails DONE? That's why they don't last. Also walking around the shop when your Toes are not even close to being DRY.. HMM Hmm..? There's some closure for YOU'S on why they fall off so quickly or Don't last.. But let's say they fall off later on.. You ladies DEFINITELY HAVE NO CLUE on how much your damaging your Own New Sets and fresh MANI WITHOUT Even realizing it. Allot of you share these similar bad habits, 1.By tapping your nails against one another (tick tick tick) when your bored or your focused in "The Zone" at work or whatever. consistantly using your thumb to rub or push down on the tip of your acrylic nail. Biting your nails or just figiting around cause you enjoy the smooth, slick feeling of the acrylic but you are ruining the HARD WORK that was put into it but then YOU ALL immediately blame the Nail Tech for using cheap supplies and supposably not doing the job correctly...Am I right or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this nail salon about a week and a half ago and got the most beautiful set of ombre nails. I had them remove my current nails at the time because I needed a new set. The techinician was kind and quick! Plus, my nails looked amazing. About a week later I noticed my left pinky was a little swollen. I had the nail removed so I could look at my real nail to make sure it was ok.
It was not. So I removed them all just to be safe. After taking off the nails that I had put on at this location I saw that my real nails were infected. So, I decided to push on it a little hoping it was just discoloration but pus came out from under my nails!! It was absolutely disgusting and super painful. I have been getting my nails done at Mandy Vs for 3 years and never have I ever had something like this happen!! I will NEVER go back to this place and I genuinely hope no one does either.
I cannot believe I paid almost 70.00 for a nail infection!! I guarantee you I will be sharing this on all my social media accounts as well.
Everyone always asks me where I get my nails done at and I will tell them all to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is my new spot. My usual place i used to go to, recently found out my guy no longer worked there so my last visit was exactly that, my last. Anyways itās so hard finding a salon that you want to be dedicated to but i got the luck of the draw and was stoked about finding it so quickly. I recently suffered a stroke so my left hand is unable to open completely, my fingers curl inward, so it makes it harder for any nail tech to work on me. We went in here one evening with just one hour till closing time and they happily accepted our business. Kathy, i believe her name was, was extremely kind and took on the challenge of doing my nails and i was nervous but i was more than satisfied with the beautiful job she did..and she didnāt mind taking the extra time to get my left hand done. (Although she really didnāt take extra time at all) you can tell she has a lot of years experience because sheās really good at what she does and it doesnāt take her long at all. This place earned our business at random but earned our dedication to return for the awesome service!! Thanks...
