Wings Gone Wild — Restaurant in Albuquerque

The food is really good. Tho they have Poor service. 1st mess up I put in my rewards number and told the girl working that I had a 10% off coupon and I had a fairly large order so I would of got a couple bucks back. Told her repeatedly as she is swiping my credit card. She already charged me and she called older woman and agreed that I told her repeatedly I had a coupon. Nothing the lady could do as I was already charged she said and my coupon only good for 1 day. Bummer! No you come in a lot we can honor next time. Nothing. 2nd mess up. Called in a order of two meals and the store was empty. They gave me my drinks and as I was getting my drinks a girl placed the order on the table and told me have a good day. So I took the order home. I got home and the order was not mine I got boneless and it was bone in. I called to let them know I had the wrong order and the guy tells me sorry you took the wrong order. Ok both my mistake and the workers mistake as well, no offer of come in and will make it right or anything. I even said I'd take the good back. Usually a business would make it right but nope the guy wouldn't even budge. It was a oh well you screwed up deal with it type of thing. Before when the young owner was working I always had excellent service and never not one wrong order. Super bummed as each time I go in I pay what they charge me no problem even tho the price of the meal I order is cheaper on the menu, and I do it because I like the food and the owner was always nice. ( I think he was the owner) I don't see him working anymore. Sad day. Wasted $25.76 and my children don't eat bone in chicken or hot spicy...

My family and I just moved here in July and we came here twice and both times were bad and we won’t come back! 1st problem is the cooks are kids and the rough house and people food get over cooked where the meat is dried out. Second time we tried again to see if it was just a bad day and it was worse then the first time. We ordered our food for dining room and my family waited for 45 minutes where I walked up front and ask why is it taking so long for our food and I was told there was like 6 orders in front of you! I said there was only my family in the dining room and I was told it’s the carry outs they come first.(REAllY) this isn’t the place for your family to sit down and have a dinner!! This place is call in orders and they give you a time when it will be ready and for the people that want to dine inside you better plan sitting a hour like my family did. All this place is a carry out NOT for family sitting! Family that dine inside shouldn’t have to wait because there are 10 or 20 call in orders!!! Family orders should be taking first or just shut down the dining room and make it only...

We decided to try this restaurant because we love wings. And the wings delivered. I definitely will try the wings again one day, but only with takeout. Even the chips were good, but the queso was just the cheap metal can nacho cheese. They could have done so much better on that single thing. But I will never dine in again. The inside was fairly basic in terms of it being just another sports bar, and the music was on way too loud. We went on a Friday evening so they should have been busy, but it was like a Tuesday day crowd. On Fridays they have live music, so at 7:15 they started to set up and the place is not designed for live music. We didn't stay, but even just the noise they made as they set up was bad in the space. The set up of all the tables in a fire hazard way. When we were leaving the tables and the musicians were in the way. If there were a fire, someone would surely be injured (or worse). Our waitress would disappear for up to 10 minutes when we would ask for something so when we were ready to leave it took forever to get a box and...
