Coss Truck Wash — Local services in Four Corners States

After waiting in line for a bobtail wash only for over an hour we were informed as soon as we pulled in that they could not do a wash with wax tire dressing or any other extras except for engine wash. So we got basic wash with engine extra. While washing they did the truck in the next bay over with tire dressings wax and the works. When I asked about it he said the crew had already agreed to do that last truck. Then while washing the back of the truck I walked back there to point out specific areas that needs it most and before I could get a word out was told by Nathan that I have to go back to the front of the truck. When I started to tell him I only wanted to point out sections was interrupted by Nathan saying “you have to go back to the front of the truck have you never heard of social distancing?” I once again started to explain why I went to the back only to be interrupted again by Nathan telling me “if you don’t go back to the front of your truck I will kick you out of here” at this point I ask him where is your manager and was informed by Nathan “I am the manager”. After all I said and done they did not get the spots I needed done and the rest of the truck was still dirty. Brought it to the gentleman attention in the office was told to back into the third bay and he would wash it again. Backed into third bay this man comes out and hits the truck quickly with a power washer no soap and says any other spots I missed? Very disappointed in this place very disrespectful especially Nathan and I paid $70 to be treated this way? Don’t waste your time patience or money...

We were hesitant to use this business due to such mixed reviews, but we gave it a shot and had a wonderful experience! They opened at 8 and we arrived a little after 9. We called in advance and said the least busy times are morning and near closing time. We were inside to pay by 9:15, and they started on our F250 & 43’ 5th Wheel Camper immediately. We opted for the “Works” for both the RV and the truck. Total was $100 ($75 for Camper & $25 for truck). There were 6 men working on our rig for about 35-40mins total. Everyone was friendly and the crew was extremely thorough. We didn’t see any dirty or streaked spots after our pre-departure look-over. We tipped an extra $20 because we were so happy with their service!

I will comment that this is clearly a small business, likely family owned. They don’t have a website and they don’t have extra staff answering phones (took 3-4 tries throughout the day to reach them). When we pulled up, someone didn’t immediately greet us, but within 5mins we were guided into a bay. None of this turned us off, but just fair-warning. If there were any vehicles in front of us, we most certainly would’ve waited much longer. You can’t make an appt. like most car washes, it’s 1st in 1st out. If you're in a time crunch, just be aware of the unpredictability of this type of business and don’t give 1star reviews for having to wait a long time. Also don’t give poor reviews because they care about the health of their staff and require masks when within 6ft of them.

Waste of money. $71 bucks for just throwing water at it. The products they use are cheap pads ones, no pressure wash and just 20% of truck clean. That's how they washed the truck. See the photos. I will not go back there.

If you think that I wasn't honest, then it isn't that your receipt.? You can see the date that I posted those pics and the date that has on your receipt. You should at least think about your customers. You don't just respond back by saying that I wasn't honest. You can now see those photos of my truck with the receipt that you guys gave it to me. One thing that I forgot to write was they tried spray the chemical that they always use to remove the dirty spots but unfortunately it did not work for them.
