Cece was the rudest person I have ever came across at a star bucks. I thought Star Bucks prided themselves on great customer service and good employees. I guess I thought wrong I’m sorry for who ever stops at this Starbucks and has to deal with her. She obviously does not like her job or anyone who comes through drive through while she’s there. My daughter ordered the Mint Chocolate Chip Cold Brew off a post online when we got the drink it looked nothing like the picture and tasted awful Cece said it’s my fault for not ordering it with cold foam that’s why it looked different and tasted awful.She didn’t offer to remake it or get us something else. Needless to say my daughter didn’t drink it. she gave me two straws and when I told her I had four drinks she said she only got three. She still only gave me two straws good thing we had straws at home. I had to order my 4th drink again and wait for it to be made . Please train this employee to have better customer service and value all customers that take there business to you. There are so many Starbucks I guess I’ll be skipping this...
Read moreFirst of all they were very unorganized, it was not busy either. I ordered my coffees and waited. The people behind me ended up getting their stuff before me. I waited about 30 minutes and had only gotten one of my coffees. Usually when they get to an order they do your whole order at once. So I asked an employee and they eventually found my cups placed to the side with syrup in them. So I’m assuming they got set to the side and forgot about. THEN they didn’t put any names on the cup at all, (usually Starbucks asks your name and calls out your order once it’s done). Once realized those were the cups with the syrup in them sitting to the side they continued to make the coffee WITH THE SAME CUPS THAT HAD BEEN SITTING OUT WITH SYRUP IN THEM THE ENTIRE TIME. Not to mention I’ve been here for 30-40 mins for 3 coffees and when I left none of them were made correctly? Kind of frustrating. Read more1st and 2nd time visiting this Starbucks they got my orders wrong. No big deal. I'm not one to complain about this as they are very willing to fix their mistake. During the same 2nd visit their WiFi wasn't working and I asked if they could reset the router. They said they couldn't do anything about it so I left and went to another Starbucks. Our 3rd visit was fine and the drinks and wifi worked great. The manager was their as soon as I got there and I asked if the wifi worked. He said it always works and if not to let him know and they will reset the router. Not sure why they couldn't do that the last visit. Our 4th and last visit here they kicked us out at 9:30 PM even though Google stats they are open till 10pm. Either someone wanted to get home or Google is wrong. Either way it should be fixed.
