YOU'LL WANT TO READ THIS BEGINNING TO END! DON'T GO TO THIS STORE! THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE OWNER DOESN'T CARE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD IN MY LIFE, AND THE WORST I'VE EVER BEEN TREATED IN A PLACE OF BUSINESS! LIKE A BURDEN! HORRIBLE. If I could give them a ZERO star rating, I would. After a long day, my husband and children went to this Subway when we could have gone to a different location because on Google it said they were open until 10pm and near our home area. When we got there at approximately 830pm, the chairs were put up and a young man was sweeping the floors. We came in and he was very polite. There was a young woman working with him and I felt she was rushing us in asking about our order and what we wanted, etc. After we paid and went to sit down, the woman said "our lobby is closed. We close the lobby at 830p, that's why the chairs are up." My husband questioned her because the door, (and not to mention Google) said that they close at 1000pm. And the woman says "well that's the way it is, that's what we do." She had an irritated tone of voice as if to imply, it doesn't matter what you think, this is how it is. No apology, no customer service, no kindness about it, just an oh well kind of attitude. My husband insisted we were going to sit down as a family, as my kids were hungry and starting to get fussy. The woman said, "sir you need to call my manager, her number is on the door". She continued to tell my husband to call her manager. My husband dialed the number on the door and even asked the woman for her manager's number, which she said was on the door. He called it and it led to the store, which the woman at the store picked up the phone and then hung up on my husband!!!! After that, he told her that she gave him the number for the store, and she knew that. Then the woman said, "ok I'll give you her direct number" (which tells me not only was the worker rude, had no sense of good customer service, but she intentionally lied on top of that! Who would hire such a person!?) So then my husband called the cell phone number for owner Sasha Davis twice and it went to voicemail both times. He also texted her that he was at her store and having an issue with her employees and she still didn't answer. The young woman worker said again for my husband to call her manager and leave the store, but my husband responded saying he did call and she didn't answer and he was going to finish his meal with his family. She then said again that we "were going to have to leave at 9p, because that's when the lobby closes" (wait, what happened to 830p????) didn't even eat my food as I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I mean, here we are, paying our money for a product, and getting treated like unwanted rodents in a restaurant, shooed off. We felt like she was trying to hurry up and get us out so they could leave. Isn't it false advertising that the wrong hours are posted on Google and the door? I mean, they could have even told us when we came in that they were closing, but said nothing. I am appalled, I am shocked, and this kind of treatment should not be tolerated. I want to spread the word because even though everyone makes mistakes, sometimes have a bad attitude, whatever the case, but it should be resolved. A business owner or manager should care about their clients and respond and ensure that their personnel ALWAYS treat their customers with care. Oh....and to those who have posted reviews on them not answering the phone, I witnessed that with my own eyes! They just let the phone...
Read moreI had my order taken two times by the same girl with short hair, each of those two times I had the worst experience from her being slow, her not listening, her forgetting something and clearly just being stupid. I understand work is not fun but it doesn't give you an excuse to give me attitude towards the end when you're clearly the one messing up and the one that has 6 people in line while still working on mine, especially when she had coworker in the back and didn't even bother to ask for help. She took so dam long that people were leaving, it SHOULD have not taken her almost 20 minutes to finish one sandwich, didn't bother to help the other customers especially when she had the chance when my sandwich was toasting , clearly other people were upset as the person beside me expressed what a horrible job shes doing. I HOPE this is her last day cause she's an incompetent employee, she should know how to do her job especially the amount of times she's been there, as the first time I met her was was couple months ago until today, you'd think she'd know how to do her job already. it's not...
Read moreI had two pick-up orders, and neither were even started when I got there for my pickup because an employee, Cat, was left alone. She was trying considering she was left alone. When the other two showed up, neither of which were wearing name tags, the boy was courteous, quiet, and working fast, but the girl with the bird flock tattoos on her arm was rude and snippy from the moment she walked in to both her co-workers and the customers. I watched as she shook someone’s sandwich to get their attention, which shook loose one of the meatballs onto the counter. She just picked it up and threw it back in. There was absolutely no reason for her to be so rude about us waiting in line for our sandwich’s, the rude gesturing was unnecessary. She also made no effort to tell me they were going to make the sandwiches until I waited in line to ask and responded rudely saying “go wait on the side, this is the line” and kept repeating it and pointing away instead of listening to what we were asking. In the end I had to wait longer than most locations for 2 mobile orders...
