Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Ok here we go this is gonna be a long one. U have given this location several opportunities over the time they have been open, I understand you are a fast food chain and this is not your chosen career but come on! I am trusting my dinner for my family on you after a long day at work the price and the product that I am normally used to is perfect for the busy type of day. This location can give 2 cents about any customer service let alone any health rules! They treat the food worst than if it was trash and every single pizza, crazy bread, wings that I have purchased from here was a shake to the chain. What makes me an expert you ask? I used to work for the company at a different lovalocabut I not only know the peoproced i know the times that it takes to cook food and everything that involves! Upper management really needs to step into this location because I know the neighborhood loves to have a location in the area but this people do not care about the service or product they are handing us! I really hope someone takes this review...

So yesterday, 02/12/2025 I made an order online around 4 pm, I usually like to visit this location because they get down with the pizza 10/10. But something strange happened, the lady with glasses (late 30s-early 40s) who was charged yesterday was extremely rude, I knew she was not having it so I waited patiently for her to help me since my order had a 2L and who knows it’s inside with them. She came to me saying “what do you need?” (Before that another customer asked her for peppers, the lady just ignored him completely. Customer walked out) I’m the nicest person so I really didn’t care because I understand people go thru stuff you know? I told her to have a nice day after she toss me my soda and peppers 😬 I hope whatever she was going thru gets better and I have her in my prayers! and please Little Caesar’s Pizza check in your employees mental health, don’t overworked...

This store should be concerning, after me getting to the store I noticed a red label at the door from the city. I ordered 30 minutes ago arrived to the store and waited for to receive the code and nothing. Watch the kitchen playing around and joking which is not a problem if you work alone with playing around. I decide to go in and ask the girl if my order was ready after waiting 50 minutes. Keep in mind I order it 30 minutes prior arrival. The order was sitting in the table who’s knows for how long. When I received the order it was cold. This is not okay, as a restaurant your priority should be your customers and the cleanliness of the store.
