98th street location. First, I called. Leafly said that all PVP in ABQ had Twax pre rolls available, so I called just so I wouldn't waste a trip, and tonpotentially set aside some, if they were running close to being out...the girl that answered said absolutely, "no we don't have that brand at all, anywhere, sorry." I realized after hanging up that Leafly also had the brand listed as "Stash House", so I chalked it up to maybe being my mistake for not mentioning that (though why have someone answer the phone who's not knowledgeable on the products they sell?)...I decided to take a trip just to make sure, as it's also my birthday and I was looking forward to possibly celebrating with a Twax. The store was clean, and there were plenty of employees available to help (which is why this got 3 stars). I was greeted right away, and the girl took my cards. She said she needed to update me in their system, and I waited only a minute or two while she did so. She handed me my cards back, and asked what I was interested in, and I told her. Other than what I wanted to buy, there was ZERO interest or customer service. She'd JUST updated my info, and and had already forgotten my name, and didnt offer to tell me about any specials going on, or had even noticed it was my birthday. They had the product I wanted, I made my purchase, they honored the birthday special after I asked about it, and I left. I would have gotten some flower too, but I felt like my presence was a burden, and the employees were more interested in conversing with the regulars. I did have a very nice customer help me escape the building (that exit button is SMALL). I probably won't be back, considering there's 2 other dispos in the immediate area and Southwest has better...

Dear Mr Clinton Greathouse ( owner of Pecos Valley) , left a message also on your page as well hoping you'll see this~I just got some SLAPZ and got home...it was so dry it turned to dusty powder when I barely touched it... it tasted like burning leaves and bitter grass, the worst homegrown garbage I ever smoked yet and then I noticed on label sticker it has been sitting on their shelf for almost 4 months and unfortunately they will not reimburse you so BUYER BEWARE ? they all are so I also noticed there is another label sticker under the one on top ( maybe you can also see it )? so maybe it's even older than the newer label on top? . PLEASE check ALL DATES on anything these guys sell..even the manager said he was trying to get it pulled??? after I bought it? uh...just take it off the shelf and you won't get reviews like this I say. I will never come back because of this unless they do a change out. a good manager would have fixed it and exchanged it for something a little fresher perhaps of same price range? CHECK YOUR DATES !!!... shame on you pecos valley !!! feels like robbery without compensation and should be fixed, after all, We the People are...

I used to love this dispensary but I'm thinking maybe I need to shop around. I like the screw on vape cartridges. They're discreet and taste good. But for the past 3 to 4 months there has been little product with almost no variety. This is the second time management has told me that it is due to. High volume at that location. But if you go to the websites for the other 2 Albuquerque locations, they have a wider selection availability. If you're not selling the product at those stores, shouldn't you move it to the store that it is selling? And hello, upper management. I'm also told that they can't place an order that you decide what goes to each location. Somebody needs to re-evaluate.Who's doing all the...
