FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AT UNHINGED BREWING CO..... I had the pleasure of visiting Unhinged Brewing for the first time this Thursday, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly greeted by our server, Hendrix, who did a really outstanding job throughout our visit.

Hendrix went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He introduced himself with a friendly smile and was incredibly personable, engaging with our group and making us feel right at home. As first-time visitors, we were unsure about which beers to try, but Hendrix patiently took the time to guide us through their impressive selection, suggesting beers that perfectly matched our tastes. He even surprised me with a killer cocktail that I absolutely loved!

What truly impressed us was Hendrix's attentiveness throughout the evening. He continuously checked on our table to ensure we had everything we needed, and his genuine care made our experience truly memorable. We left feeling grateful for the excellent service and eager to return soon.

The only minor point to mention is that several servers approached our table, which could be toned down slightly. However, this is a small quibble compared to the overall outstanding service provided by Hendrix.

In summary, Unhinged Brewing is a gem, and Hendrix made our visit unforgettable. Good vibes and great service. It was not busy at all on a Sunday late afternoon. The staff were attentive and accommodating by allowing us to sit on the patio due to some of our party having a dog with them. Slightly limited menu but we enjoyed the drinks we ordered! They do not serve food but you may order from the next door restaurants. One in our party really enjoyed their English Style brown. He remarked that it was much better than the brown he had at a different brewery. Pictured is the lager-ita made with their Mexican style lager which was loved by my mom who ordered it. They have a small selection of guest taps as well. Also pictured is the watermelon cider by Sandia Hard Cider. If this place also served a spirits as an option and had food it would absolutely be 5 stars all the way! ABSOLUTELY my favorite place, and it doesn't hurt that it's only a few minutes from home! Zach was always my server, but sadly he left. So Zane is my new go to and is equally as awesome! Most of the servers are beyond amazing though, can't go wrong! They have a number of events throughout the week & weekends as well. Tonight, they're playing some old school jams right up my alley!!!
