Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Albuquerque

The service is slow, the prices aren't awful but not great either. The last two times we've gotten food from here (we don't eat here often) we've had to park in the parking lot to wait even though it's not busy. The food is average at best. Today there's a drugged out man hanging out in the back drive thru area and then wandering the parking lot, taking food and drinks out of the trash while another man was actually peeing in the parking lot. Obviously, this isn't all the restaurant's fault as it's a problem in Albuquerque. Definitely glad I didn't have to get out of my car though. It'll be awhile before I bother going back.

6/8/24 - DO NOT EAT HERE! We unfortunately decided to give it one more chance which is a decision we're regretting and absolutely the last time we will eat here. The only positive thing I can say is that the curly fries were good. We were the only people in the drive thru, but still had to park and wait for our order. They claimed they couldn't give us a receipt, which reading the other reviews seems to be a problem here as well. Is that so people can't get their money back? I was just about to go in there to ask for a refund anyway. We waited 14 minutes in the parking lot! I paid $15 for the new I think it's called the double smash burger with bacon. It was so awful I couldn't even finish it, the burger maybe had been sitting for a long time or was overcooked..I've been working all day and was starving and unfortunately am still hungry. The man that took our order said the onions were sauteed but on my burger they were not sauteed, I have no idea if that's how it was supposed to be and he was confused or if they were too lazy to saute them. The meat on my friends order was almost gray, almost like a turkey burger, but at least hers was edible but that's all she can say about it. She would not order it again even if we were...

I order at the drive through, they say “will that be all” and I pull up to the window. I ordered a vanilla shake but I am handed a Vanilla Coke. I looked at her confused and she says “it’s pressed ‘other’ for vanilla” (I didn’t know what she meant at the time, but she was talking about the button on the lid). I asked “what does that mean?” And she slams the window closed. I try waving her down to let me know about the mistake, she sees me, but decides to ignore me. Eventually she comes back and I tell her what happened, and she becomes extremely rude, saying “but it wasn’t wrong when I asked you if everything on the screen was correct, was it?” She lied. She never asked me to verify, and when I drove up to the window, my order was not displayed on the screen. I even offered to repay because of the difference, but she was still extremely rude. I’m guessing she told whoever else was working in there that she wasn’t going to help me anymore, because someone else came to the window after she threw her little temper tantrum. It took all of my strength not to rip her out of the window. I wish I remembered her name, because she needs to be fired ASAP....

writing to complain about my order from last night on 8/22/2022 around 10pm . i tried to call the store to give a complaint but the manager named lucy was very offended and told me to bring back the food that same night because things like this dont happen in her store so its not true. she was very rude and hung up after i told her i couldnt bring back the food cause it was thrown up... we got the food, no problem, we ate some while it was hot but as we got more into the bag we found tacos with cold stale shells, no meet all lettuce, wilted lettuce at that too, in some tacos only a corner of cheese or the tacos were cold and stale and tasted old. the weird thing was there was some tacos that they tasted tangey the meat and when we noticed we stopped eating them. my brother threw up everything he ate and almost everyone who ate got diarrhea within 15-30mins of eating the food. the rest went in the trash because they smelt sour. i always always buy tacos from you guys so this is very sad for me. now we all have food poisoning... that was 17orders of tacos that was trashed... taco meat shouldnt be tangey and sour and lettuce shouldnt be...
