The lady who didn’t want to help me all of a sudden that’s not our job to know the prices . I told her it is , and that I didn’t need her help because she didn’t want to help me . She wanted to chime in , so I told her to no you don’t have good customer service . She had some words and so I gave her some back then she took off her work vest to fight me . Called to see if they have a gas valve for a furnace. The guy Greg I spoke to stated that they do not normally carry in stock. He then proceeded to inform me that they normally order the part and it takes 1-2 days to come in. However he then mentioned they do not have the man power and they super busy and he had customers.

I'm sorry but I work also and I was unable to come down to ask about the part. Normally it is not a issue to call a place before making a trip.

This store is apparently short handed and the employees are feeling overwhelmed!!! Management needs to get a handle on this considering customers like myself shop here regularly and it's not normally for little cheap parts. Good way to lose...

This used to be one place I could go into as a female and not be uncomfortable asking questions when it came to home repair. Always gave that feel of a mom and pop shop that welcomed all. Well times have definitely changed. Went in yesterday to try to find a new wall switch for a fan and the man seemed so bothered that I was even asking. His exact words, "I'm not an electrician".
