Nice place. Calming. Clean. New tools with each client. But, my initial appointment was cancelled 2 hours before due to the nail techs family emergency⦠happens, but frustrating. As a mom of young kids, I donāt get a lot of time to myself. So I had to rework all of the things. My nail technician was alright⦠her acrylic nails were way too long, though. She could barely get the gloves on or use the clippers. I signed up and paid for the signature pedicure. Which is $65 and supposed to be 1 hour and 15 minutes. Instead, I believe I got the classic pedicure because she was done in 1 hour. Barely 1 hour honestly. I believe I was overcharged $10. Especially because 15 minutes into my service another employee told my technician that her next client was there, So I felt extremely rushed..Although my appointment was apparently until 1215. Thereās some white lose skin around my nail beds that wasnāt clipped and some of the color didnāt reach the sides of those nail beds. My heals are still very rough. Itās upsetting because Iāve read so many wonderful reviews about this salon and I havenāt had a pedicure in over a year. I definitely liked the environment and products used, just wish I felt the service was worth the $80 total...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo,the girl who did my nails showed up maybe 10 minutes late and was deeply annoyed. My appointment started very early/I booked online, and the store wasn't open when I arrived. I didn't mind and could wait, whatever, but before I gave up I made sure to call the front desk and let them know, hey, I've been here for a long time waiting .She saw me walk to the door and my car, and didn't say a word to me. When I came in ,she gave me like 15 colors to choose from, kept sighing and muttering stuff under her breath and seemed SO mad. I even apologized if me being there so early was a problem, I'm still figuring out places here, this was online and I got absolutely nothing in a response lol .Eventually other staff and customers came in and it was a night and day vibe. They were able to choose their nail polish from the wall, no one was rolling their eyes or clicking their tongue ECT. She did totally fix whatever damage was going on with nails, which I'm super grateful for. I'll be coming back, but I'll make sure its a little later in the day, and not with a girl who resents me for showing up, when she shows up 10...

I replied; You donāt say that on the website, And she said yes we do and its also on the door⦠like I donāt know how to read. I checked their website and it said by appointment only on āSundaysā. Perhaps sheās the one that doesnāt know how to read or her own job procedures/policies. Well today they declined service to a doctor that is not going to recommend your business to fellow doctor. Your lost, not mine. Except the time I wasted with rudeness and lack of accommodation on the business to a potential new customer. Discrimination , maybe. I look Native American and I am Hispanic. I asked if she had appointments available today and she said no. Nor offered any other day for that matter. A great business would have offered an accommodation for today and then lay out that I would need an appointment for the near future if in fact that is their...
