Went in to see what's available here as grocery prices are still climbing. They have a large selection of items. Brand names as well as localized brands from other areas of the country. For example I seen Fannie May candies and Jay's potato chips from Chicago. They have produce, meats, dairy, snacks, cereal, drug store items, laundry stuff, shampoo & soap, frozen items, TP & paper towels, stationary items, and pretty much everything you'd find in a big grocery store. Prices are very reasonable on most items. You can definitely save a buck here. One thing you have to pay attention to is a lot of items are very close to the expiration date or expired. This place is like a grocery liquidator and buys inventory from wholesalers I assume. None the less everything I got was cheap and everything was fresh. It was a...

I need to go to other places and spend a small amount more for things like Very Vanilla Soy milk, NonDairy Ice Cream and personal toiletries, also their cereal prices are often really high for a discount store, but over all it's an inexpensive and friendly place to shop in Alcoa and one of my favorite grocery stores.
Be warned, the building is old and hardly looks like a Publix, Kroger or Ingles but, it's worth the sacrifice on luxury shopping and saves me an average of about $50-100 on my...
