Burger King — Restaurant in Alcoa

Sadly to say we will not be back here. Me and my husband decided to dine in. The first red flag should have been the fact that their dining room was DIRTY. There was not a clean table in the place, but we were starving and did not want to have to wait to eat. We sat down in a booth, that my husband had to wipe off and starting eating our food. The air conditioning kicks on and the next thing we know, there are chunks of black mold all over our food, the table, and both of us. We immediately stopped eating. We spoke with the manager and requested them to remake our food and, this time, make to go! Which if im honest we were reluctant to even have them remake it cause if everything we could visibly see was NASTY, then what does kitchen ect look like but we still needed to eat and we didn't want to have to go through the hassle of going somewhere else. I guarantee that we will never be back here. Not even through the drive thru. I also guarantee that we will be telling anyone and everyone to stay away. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! YOU HAVE BEEN...

48 minutes!!!! 9p to 9:48p. Probably gonna sound like Karen. 20 mins in line (I was 5th to start) and I was told I had to wait at the front door for my order. Sat for another 20 minutes for them to get it to me. Order was wrong. Ordered a Spicey chicken and got an original chick. A $4 difference. Had to wait at the door and knock 3 times. It took them 7 minutes to come to the door. All they gave was stare and continued serving other customers. I saw two orders on their board. While I was waiting, 2 employees went home. Probably teen workers. They went right past me and didn't ask if I needed help waiting to get a worker to check my order. I wasn't yelling, arguing or anything. Had a smile on my face the whole time, I said please and thank you.

Went in to grab a few things from the duo/trio $5/$7 deal. Was hungry and didn't want to cook. The original chicken sandwich was edible but nothing special. Probably the best thing I got. Chicken fries were only warm and again nothing special. My whopper was again edible but really nothing to brag about. Every time I get one it's like the worst brownish lettuce. The onion rings were very soggy. No crunch whatsoever. I mean its Burger King so expectations were not high. It was probably better than I thought it would be. The service was good and the order was correct and all there. I was pretty happy about that. For what I paid I was satisfied. Let's be real you know what to expect. You either like it or you don't.
