I bought a two piece set yesterday, brought it home to try it on and returned it today. It has been less than 24 hours.
The cashier (old lady) Said that she (could have not taken it back) because the tag was off. But when i brought it home the tag was off and she has no way to prove that I was the one to remove it.
They don’t have fitting rooms so i have no choice but to bring it home.
Even if the tag comes off that’s terrible customer service.
I let the cashier know the item doesn’t fit and i exchanged it for two children’s tops.
She was going back and forth with me about the policy but I’ve been shopping at this store for over 5 years Im VERY familiar.
Not to mention Every time I said something she had a paragraph to say back.
I did not appreciate her argumentative demeanor.
She was rude and I felt attacked.
I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING at THIS location again.
Rude OLD LADYS should retire if they don’t want to provide good customer service.

Read moreAfter I bought some merchandise, they accused my girlfriend of stealing. What she was wearing was the orb jiggly bracelet I bought for her a few months ago. The camera, if they have any, will show that's how my girlfriend came in before even entering the store.
We came back to buy some more because we liked it here. Looks like we aren't returning. Be careful and avoid this place. They will accuse you of theft. Beware of the mideastern looking lady...
