Escapade 2001 — Restaurant in Aldine

If i could leave zero stars for this place, honestly i would. We were PHYSICALLY MISTREATED at this place by management and the security guards. .This was my first and last time every attending an event or even set foot in this place. The management team and security guards are just reprehensible. The "so-called" manager, which wasn't actually the manager of the club because she'd previously stated that she wasn't the manager of this place was present and allowed a male security guard to MANHANDLE my female friend when we were just trying to have a discussion with her to get clarification about a particular situation. On another note while i was waiting on my friend (who happened to be waiting on the actual manager that then was told by a security guard that the manager didn't want to speak to her) to come to the area where i was at the moment standing, two security came up to me and informed me that i had to move to another designated area. I informed them that i was just waiting on my friends because we all came in one car and there was no service and could lose each other with the massive crowd. They said that they did not care and shoved me multiple times causing me to almost fall on the stairs and one of them even jerked me by my arm. When we tried filing a complaint with the actual manager about how we had been treated they just completely blew us off . I would NEVER recommend anyone go to this place ever. I absolutely love this place!! The music is on point, if you love dancing cumbias, norteños, and trival this is the place for you. They have a huge dance floor on the first floor and they have multiple rooms upstairs of which they play music like reggeton, English etc. It was super packed when we went on a Saturday night. The promoters stated that on Fridays and Sundays they have bands and on Saturdays they have a DJ, who is awesome! The drinks were extremely overpriced and the shots varied from bartender to bartender. I got a shot of Tequila for $5 then went to another bartender to get a shot of Malibu for $8, overpriced! If you plan on coming here, I’d suggest you pregame because you can buy a whole bottle with two drinks that you’d buy at this club, JS! But the environment and music made up for the overpriced...

I can't believe I actually really like it here! It was so much fun despite it being somewhat slow for the New Year celebration. I wish they had they the bull like I used to see when I was a child. The bartenders didn't try to scam us (+3 girlfriends) and were respectful with doing drinks with right amounts in front of us. The $20 charge was expansive and I couldn't leave unless I wanted to REPAY... If I'm paying $20 for an entrance fee, at least give us the liberty to come and go. I didn't like that both clubs on the top has the SAME style or there wasn't some attempt to try and distinguish them with some label and music...The men's restroom was dirty AF...That's the worse I've seen a men's restroom in my life...lol. But whatever. It was a solid 4 at least though, maybe...
